In a beginner class of 5 that spent most of the hour doing downward dog and plank, she not once corrected my daughter who was definitely not in the proper position. When I tried to get her attention, she shushed.When she saw me sitting there because the 2 positions do cannot do were the entire class she ignored me, even when after 30 minutes of sitting I raised my hand for help. She was very focused on the video camera for the remote people. Of all the classes I've been to in 20 years and 5 states, this was the worst. It didn't even feel like yoga. Worst part is it was a mother daughter experience and she saw her mom ignored and humiliated. She will never do yoga again

I am now back in town visiting friends for the holidays and I made it a priority to schedule in time again on the Power Plate with Pilates. I have not found a substitute near my new residence and my body is really missing these workouts. The owner, Edel, has made an oasis of serenity in her studio. From the beautiful wallpaper to the lighting, she has created a peaceful environment. The classes are all amazing. Edel chooses her instructors carefully. The instructors are always quick to give modifications and all allow you to have your own yoga journey. I never feel less than if I am not able to do a pose. I am simply reminded, by the instructors, to breath and to take the pose that works best for my body. At the end of every class, I walk away feeling lighter and calmer. The barre classes are also amazing. The instructors make the classes fun and the are all super motivating. All of the playlists will have you singing along and forget you are working your muscles.
