I've always been a fan of Filipino delicacies over the years that were passed on to me by my mom. Every time my mom would come from the grocery or wet market she always brought home a Filipino delicacy that she bought from vendors outside the market. "Kakanin" or Rice cakes were they fondly called. Some favorites include Sapin Sapin or Carioca to name a few. One of my favorites has been Pichi Pichi or some stores spell it as Peachy Peachy, which is how Arny and Dadings would name their product. Pichi Pichi is a gooey gelatin-like delicacy smothered with delicious cheese. One of the more popular outlets that sell Palabok here in the city also offers this in their menu. The thing that makes Arny and Dadings Peachy Peachy my favorite is the serving and generous amount of cheese they top their Pichi Pichi with. For less than 200 pesos you can have 30 pieces of this Filipino delicacy goodness. read more
