My neighbors lawn service is Eden's Keepers (Canton). They were also booked. But after talking to owner Chris, and pleading my predicament, he agreed to take on our property for the summer as needed. John is the right man for the job…read more I reached out to John at Reliable Hardscapes with a simple ask--turn my overgrown backyard into dirt and haul away the debris--and not only did he easily perform the job, he did so with absolute professionalism. I also had some fun getting to watch his skills on the skid steer...I didn't drive it though he was kind enough to offer to let me tool around! My neighbor was even impressed enough to ask for some help clearing his yard that day. I'll be keeping John's contact info handy for all my future landscaping needs--already booked him for some deck stairs!--and suggest anyone in the market for landscaping to give him a call.

Melvin is unreliable and is not skilled in proper landscaping…read more In the beginning for the first 4 months things went fine. We paid a monthly invoice for a weekly lawn service. Then right when summer turns to fall Melvin did not show up for WEEKS - after I already paid our monthly invoice. I sent message after message and he was not responsive. When he finally showed up randomly weeks later, he said he went out of the country. Again, there was no notice he would be gone. He just showed up whenever. Imagine my surprise that he asked me to pay for the next month's invoice, even though he still owed me another weeks of service based on what I already paid. I told him that the service he did today and next week's service (he was coming weekly) are already covered by the month I already paid. And since he didn't show up he still owed me 2 weeks worth of service. I told him I would pay for the future month's service the next week when he showed up. He said okay. The following week he did not show up. My calls and texts went unanswered. After not hearing from him in a week, I sent a final message (he never responded to.) That was over 6 months ago. My husband and I have since moved to new home. If you want someone reliable look elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the comically large, BULBOUS mounds of pine straw he installed when we just asked (and paid for) a border around our flower beds. TLDR: Do not recommend. Does not show up even after paid. Unreliable

They park on a curve and at the direct end of a neighbors driveway making it hard to get out of the driveway and drive safely around. When asked directly if they would consider backing up to not block others and get away from the curve, "we will think about it" was the reply with a smirk on their faces. They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. I felt this was disrespectful and would never suggest this company if you live in a neighborhood with narrow streets.
