The tooth had to be extracted, and I was in pain over a week. I was advised to replace bridge I had would cost a certain amount, I felt the price was too high. So, while he was addressing one issue, I asked if the price could be lower. He went back and forth what would be needed. He kept bragging how he was the best dentist. Finally, when he realized I would not go for price he stated. He stated he could do nothing. At my last visit for teeth cleaning, a different person than the one I had been accustomed to did my cleaning. This woman did not explain things well, was extremely rough, and never gave me a breather. She started to floss my teeth, and I had to stop. When I went to the receptionist, I was very angry. I was not going to say anything. Then, this totally unprofessional woman goes to the receptionist and says she (meaning me) just got up and left. At that point, I got mad and stated why I was so angry. Woman then says that she was cleaning my teeth (that justified her extreme roughness) and at that point I lost it. She then says why didn't you say anything-I just looked at her (how can someone say something when something is in their mouth). Then, she and the receptionist go running to the dentist like two idiot children. At that point, I left. Finally, I cannot comprehend how this dentist was ever rated number one.

The dentists are highly qualified…read more The problem is the staff-from my first visit to when I received my deep cleaning--it took 2 and one half months; yes, 10 weeks before I received service. The first dentist said I would be contacted quickly for my deep cleaning.. I waited and waited no call. I started calling and was told I would get a call-NO CALL!!!! Then, I emailed -only email was the one they got from the insurance company. So, I called the insurance company--they did not put in a claim to the insurance company till 8 weeks after my first visit-TWO MONTHS. Then, I was told I was approved and no one called me, Then, I was super mad and called. Manager called me and said she told the insurance person at their office to call me-no one did. So, I get an appointment and was told 1 o'clock. I go to office and was informed I was late-appointment was 12-I said I was told 1. Woman at desk got rude; I got ruder. Then, another person came with an attitude-gave it back and yelled-2 1/2 months. Then, manager comes out with her phony calm attitude- I said I had every right to be angry- 2 1/2 months and both women prior to her were rude. So, dentist comes out and admits the office is not properly organized, they are just employees, etc. If you are an employee, that does not give you the right to do a job incompetently. and he says we serve 5000 a year-so, sorry what happened to you. Will I go again-NO-would I recommend--No. This office needs to have better follow-up procedures, to return calls as well as emails, and staff should learn not to be rude to clients and make a situation worse, In the future, when I need dental work, I will call the insurance company and ask for a list of dental offices.
