They have a wide selection of used cars, as well as brand new cars available to be ordered and picked up. The showroom is spacious and very stylish and very clean and well kept. Reception is easily accessed as is the parts department. Very easy for wheelchair users to get inside as there is no steps and has an automatic door. Great for drivers/customers who are wheelchair bound. The waiting area is comfortable and staff are very polite, and provide refreshments for customers waiting on the salesmen to finish with other customers. I am a Renault fanatic, but my husband wasn't, until our car broke down and we went to Ness motors, I'm happy to say he is now happily converted to a Renaultholic. The service which we receives was superb. The sales man we had was with us from the start to the end and beyond and still calls us regularly to check we are happy. He provided us with facts and details on which was the best car for us, what deal would suit us and even tailored things to suit our individual needs/situation. Once we picked up our car we had to go back for a silly thing to be fixed, and the staff could not have been nicer, they were polite and very helpful. Needless to say we have now had 2 cars from there, and i'm itching to go back and get my new one very soon.

This place has been a godsend over the past year. For examply when we had to go and purchase another 2nd car as the one we had chose to blow its gasket. We got a fantastic deal on a New Clio. The salesman was excellent. He helped make sure we got the best possible deal on the car. He also made sure we got everything we wanted. He was with us right up until the very end. And still keeps in touch to make sure that we are very happy with the car. And we are now have 2 Renaults and most certainly do not have a bad word to say about Renault or the service that we have received from Ness Motors. If there is any particular car that you are after if one arrives at there centre of if they can source it for you they will contact you and let you know. Which can help take the hassle out of buying a used car. There is also the occasional bargain to be had on trade in Vehicles. But to get the bargain cars you have to be quick as they arrive and disappear on the same day. So you really have to check by visiting the dealer than checking the paper as by the time the paper is printed the car will be gone or it will have arrived after the paper was printed. Passes serious faults onto the customer - Dishonest practices…read more I bought a car from Arnold Clark in 2016, I realized that the windscreen had a crack on it covered by pigeon poo. Trying to get this repaired was like pulling teeth but eventually they authorized the replacement of the windscreen. Not long after I noticed after the first bout of wet weather that the windscreen wiper was violently hitting the pillar, then soon after the car started losing power. My brother took the car in for repair, I asked him to make sure the wipers get fixed, he was told at the time "Thats common and nothing to worry about." I was not happy with this explanation though and told the Arnold Clark rep that I wanted it fixed. I was promised a call back (which never came). Fast forward to February 2017 and the car maintenance light comes on, I took the card to Arnold Clark as its still in warranty and amongst other problems they tell me that the wiper linkage is worn and needs replaced at a cost of £485 pounds. I tell them that I had already reported this and they have denied all knowledge that I had previously complained and because my 60 year warranty had expired then I would have to pay for it. I was told that I must have told the wrong person and they told me they have no record of this conversation. I even mentioned that a worn wiper linkage is mentioned on the advisory from 2014 but despite all this I am expected to beleive that the problem magically fixed itself between 2014 and June 2016 when they done another MOT just before selling it to me then in February 2017 its worn again? Its clear to me that Arnold Clark in are in the business of ignoring faults in order to pass the cost on to the customer. The complaints department were a waste of time and also told me this conversation where I complained about the wipers may or may not have happened but theres nothing that they would be willing to do. I was warned about Arnold Clark to be fair so more fool me but personally I would never ever deal with this company again and if asked I would advise others to steer clear.

They provide a service that drives you into Inverness & collect when the car is ready. There is a sit down area, refreshments are supplied. Receptionist said it would be 5- 10 mins before leaving, I would say less than 5. They called, collected us, when the Recptionist was asked questions, she called a gentleman with more knowledge than herself on the subject. Superb Custmer Service from all we met that day.
