I shouldn't have left with the terrible job the jeweler did (my stupidity). 1st time, 2.5 years later, they broke apart which also caused both rings to break. Took them back to be told "too much time has passed". Like an idiot, I let them fix my rings AND put them back together. I took a picture when I got to my car bc of they were already cracking at the edges BUT I thought the picture would be enough to hold them accountable when it happened again. Nope, not the case. 1.5 year later, here we are. They've broken apart, but with a clean cut. Yesterday I was told "that's unheard of that they keep breaking, but that's on me." I wasn't going for that and asked for a callback. This morning they called back to inform me yet again "too much time has passed" & that I will need to pay to have them put back together and I'm like no, just smooth them out at this point bc of their shitty work, right. Then Debbie proceeds to tell me that'll cost me $100.00 to smooth out their crap work back out. In the first phone call, she did everything she could to make it seem like my fault. Second phone call, it was out of their "30 day" warranty and I'm to suck it up and take another loss at their expense. As much as I hate to admit it, I would have been better off going to Rick Davis, but given the circumstances he was in, I went elsewhere. Lesson learned. Be smarter than me and Learn from my experiences as well. May Wright Jewelers have the day they all deserve.

I felt like my first wedding set was well cared for when ever I brought it in for an annual cleaning and inspection. Well I got a new wedding set. I brought the solitaire to them to be sized down 1/2 a size. 3 weeks later I got a ring back that looked horrible on the palm side of the band. You could clearly see where they cut it and made no effort to blend it back together. Also the ring was not polished and clean, as I was used to. I brought both things to their attention and the jeweler came out and said it was no big deal and I would have to live with it. I was not happy, but at the same time, I had always had great experiences before. Well today I called to ask about have the solitaire soldered to the 2 bands that go with it. They were very short and said it would be a 15 to 16 WEEK wait. I repeated "week?" in shock. The woman said "well what do you expect with over 800 repairs ahead of you?* Now hold on... so if I take my wedding rings in to Arney yearly, I would not have them for 1/3 of every year? Not acceptable, especially after my last experience. So today, I made a few phone calls. I got Lorraine Denise, Brillante Jeweler's voicemail and went on to the next highly rated jeweler. I wasn't comfortable with any that I talked to and was torn. Then Lorraine called me back. Wow! I can say with zero hesitation that I was 100% wrong about her. She was so kind and caring on the phone and eager to help. I rushed over after work. Low and behold, her master jeweler was there and guess what? He WAS Annie's excellent jeweler and left Arnie. Not only am I excited to work with Lorraine, as she seems like a very knowledgeable woman who takes pride in her work, but she is also someone that would be fun to have coffee with and talk. I'm also excited that I know I can trust the people she works with to do an excellent job. If you don't come here, you are making a mistake. I will be a life long customer. Thank you Lorraine.
