If you're looking for a flooring company, stop looking, you've found them…read more Luminous Flooring exceeded every expectation I had for my kitchen remodel. From the first conversation to the final walk-through, every member of their team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They made what could have been a stressful project feel easy, and they always showed up with a positive attitude (and a good sense of humor). I'm glad I made a decision to go to the Caseyville Home Show and met these folks. We ran into a few challenges along the way (this is an almost 100 year old house with original floors). They worked with me every step of the way to find solutions and make sure everything turned out right. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The attention to detail is obvious, and the finished floors look absolutely incredible, and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the final result. It's also refreshing to support a family-owned business that clearly takes pride in its work and treats customers like people, not just another job. I recommend Luminous Flooring without hesitation. If you're comparing flooring companies, you can stop now -- these are your people.

The newly refinished area blends seamlessly with our existing flooring -- you would never know where the old ends and the new begins. Their craftsmanship is truly exceptional. While the entire company has been wonderful to work with, I want to especially recognize Jesse and Ray, the two technicians who completed our project. These two went above and beyond from start to finish. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, and treated our home with genuine care. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the experience outstanding. Jesse and Ray are true assets to Luminous Flooring, and because of them, we will gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring work. Five stars all the way.

I just wanted to highlight the great experience I had at Floor & Decor…read more I had gone to several older, established tile shops in the Brentwood area and none of them had the type of large format, patterned tiles I was looking for, like their stock was years out of date. I found it so strange. I went to the Floor & Decor shop on Lemay Ferry Rd. and I was overwhelmed with the selection. I looked around a bit and I eventually spoke with an employee named Walter and he offered to assist me. Walter gave us suggestions, options, and best of all, advice on the tile. I want to advise Floor & Decor that you have a solid asset in Walter and I will work with him going forward.

Backsplash for my kitchen came from Floor & Decor, so I went there to pick up the matching tile. If you have never been, this place is huge, and carries almost any kind of tile and/or flooring materials imaginable. But the sheer size of it can be a little overwhelming. Fortunately I was approached by a service employee upon entry, and guided promptly to the right tile. On my own I easily could have taken an hour to hunt it down haha. I wasn't sure what the grout was, but I had a pic and she guided me to a like shade of gray, as well as to the mastic. Supplies gathered quickly with help of capable service team on the floor. Good experience, and attached is the finished product!

From start to finish, this company is fast, affordable, and exceptionally effective at eliminating squeaks. The team is professional, efficient, and clearly knows their craft, and the best part is that once they're done, you'd never know they were there at all. Their work is completely invisible, leaving behind nothing but solid results and glorious silence. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Nothing but consistenly falling off line. When it was impossible, I phoned "HP" to see if it could be repaired. I spoke to the "support line" and via my cell gave permission to access the printer. The guy really seems to know his stuff! And lo and behold he got it back online and printing. He said he would call me the next night to see if all was well. I really did not know because I didnt need to print anything. But he said he was calling back to check, so I figured I should test it iut before he calls! Lo and behold, the printer is totally dead. The man whi initially helped was, of course, Indian. I called "HP support" and a different man answered who couldn't transfer me to my "guru guy ." I tell him the printer is now dead so he asks camera permission to watch me unplug/re-plug, and unplug the printer. He is satisfied and said he'd send a "new printer" but it must be the same printer. He goes through this litany about how i will use the same bix to return the dead printer. But here is where these scammers fail. He tells me i have to pay $1.00 for processing. "Excuse me...a company the ilk kf HP wants a dollar?" l get angry at this point that I have trusted the super nice Indian man from HP. So I get the return phone call from Guru man. I tell him about this inane convo and he asked for a dollar on a CC! Guru guy agrees and says "yes that's really ridiculous. I tell him guy #2 actually wanted to send fhe same model (which I finally got him to tell me it is refurbished, but he agreed instantly it would be brand new). Guru says no no I will srnd you a new upgraded printer. I'm at this point where I realize this is not legit. So I call another "HP Suppkrt number. This time it is a lady. I tell her about the $1 deal and SHE says "oh yes, that is not unusual to ask for $1 I yell at her how she and her cohorts are scammers and they will be reported." Word spread to guru man the jig was up. Still, he calls again and I don't answer and block the number, which came through incidentally on caller ID the first 2 letters of this scam company is actually "ID." Be aware if you are an HP customer. Though I specified all 3 of the contacts were Indian, I am not racist against any person, regardless of nationality, skin color, etc. I know so many lovely people who we have met in our travels. But these scammers of Indian descent are giving a black eye to the many wonderful people who are honest, warm people. I may be close to 80 yrs old but I still have some wits about me. Be suspicious! These people were gentle and polite. Pay close attention.
