My wife and I just let it slide, we couldn't call and we didn't go back there because there is no phone number. We went to this location today, had to wait 1 hr. for our food. Mind you we were not informed that there was a long wait after you place an order. Finally we received our food and the Smoked chicken was burned again! No grill marks but burned you could see and smell it! We were not going to eat burned food again! The ribs were looking great just the chicken was burned. The person who took the order did not want to compromise to remove the burned items and replace it with a lesser priced item and wanted to argue! What happened to the customer is whom you are trying to satisfy not take what I give you! We were not satisfied and will not go back, ever!
