A special mention to the female officer who gently spoke with my mother and helped calm her down--her empathy made a huge difference. I would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Sergeant K. Scheideman for his calm, steady leadership throughout the incident. His demeanor set the tone for the entire team and turned an overwhelming situation into one where we felt truly supported and cared for. I was not aware that the court orders needed to be notarized, which I understand, so I went to the courthouse, got everything taken care of, and rescheduled my appointment for 2:30 PM on Monday. The frustrating part is that they do not provide the notarized form themselves, so you have to go completely out of your way to find a notary and get the form notarized on your own. I did exactly that, left work early, made the drive, and showed up for my appointment because these are court orders that have to be followed and appointments are already difficult to get. After arriving, filling everything out, and waiting, I was contacted at 2:40 PM and told that I needed another form notarized because they didn't have the form they needed. Apparently, they had known about this issue all day, yet no one bothered to contact me before my appointment. This is incredibly inconvenient and could have easily been avoided with basic communication. I already took time off work, drove there, and followed the instructions I was given, only to find out after I arrived that there was another requirement they could have told me about beforehand. Why schedule someone for an appointment, let them drive all the way there, fill out paperwork, and then tell them they need another notarized form that you don't even provide? People have jobs, responsibilities, and limited time. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. If there are specific forms or notarization requirements, they should clearly tell people before their appointment so they have the opportunity to get everything done ahead of time.

Customer service has the nicest people. If I don't know something all I have to do is ask and someone finds the answer for me. When I questioned the inaccuracies, my services were terminated instead of corrected. On top of that, private emails I sent were shared directly with the opposing party. It's also important for parents to know that you are not allowed to wear a camera or recording device for your own protection. That means you have no way to prove what actually happened if the reports are inaccurate. This process is supposed to be neutral, but in reality it felt biased and harmful. If you are forced to work with this organization, document everything carefully, but understand you will not be allowed to protect yourself with recordings. To be very clear, Yes she would be committing perjury which people do in family court all the time with no consequences. All you have to do is a little research on this business and you will find things that make complete sense to what I am saying. The Supervisor cut my time 10 minutes short, and I let her know that I did not appreciate that. I let Deana know the situation, and it resulted in retaliation of an untrue report. You are not allowed to document or record anything so they can say whatever they would like. Checked his diaper atleast 10 times through out the 4 hours up until the very last 5 minutes of my time with my son. She exclaimed I didn't bring toys or snacks and acted as though I didn't feed my son. The Library is filled with toys. His mother brought his food in a lunch box as per our communication prior to the visit. She left out anything good I did with him, such as play legos, read books, play with puppets, chased him around, cleaned his face and hands with wipes on 4 separate occasions, tried giving him water every 5-10 minutes, checked his diaper at least 2 times for every 30 minutes I was there. There wasn't a second of my time where I wasn't attentive to my son. I have videos, pictures, and a timeline of the events that occurred. Do your research before you use this business!
