Armstrong technicians are the best but the cable service itself is going down hill fast with this (TEVO) box,,In the couple months I've had it has been nothing but trouble..It's obvious that it was put in people's home's before they had all the problems worked out. The Chanel guide doesn't work right,the recording of shows is not working right. Says it recorded a show but will not let you play it back . For a week now the picture keeps freezing up..They say their working but your still paying for something that doesn't work. read more

I have to say I'm very impressed with Armstrong. Since I've been here (2 years). I haven't had a single service outage, no equipment failures and have received faster internet download speeds then what was promised to me. 5/5 stars. In last few months I have not been happy with Armstrong. My cable boxes keep going out , takes them several days to come out . Unable to fix problem on phone . My internet is very strong and keeps going out or the strength way down . I now have internet and a different cable box out again . . My speed bot very good either . Unless I want to Increase my monthly payment by $50 I can not get a fix . And they have raised out hill several times over the last year . I think they need to Improve cable and internet . They. This company is not prorating its customers for the power outage. They claim I had "service" back while their actual lines were physically down on my road. They are saying they have take. A large amount of people from the area affected. Reviewed their usages and determined what they are going to be credited. I was without internet a month. I was offered $12 credit when I pay $76. I spoke to several managers managers who all had different claims. The first rep I spoke to, not a manager, stated Armstrong doesn't have contracts.So I wasn't in a contract and that the outline regarding how an "act of God" would be handled wasn't published anywhere for their customers. Another manager said since I had no electro I wouldn't have power. Which is an idiot thing to say. If the whole line wasn't physically down on the ground along with telephone poles I could absolutely understand that. That was not the case. I have filed a BBB complaint and will be seeking legal advice. Anyone who was effected the same way should also do the same. read more

We have contacted Armstrong several times concerning our Cable Box. They indicated that the box needs replaced but would not come out to replace it. They say it is Corporate directive to not do this. They told us to not turn the Television off to make sure it will continue to work. They also said if accidentally turned off then unplug all cables to the box and re plug them in and it should come back on. If it does not come on then they will come out. This is ridiculous. Also it won't stream many of the movies on Netflix due to the box issues. Armstrong is not serving its customers but continue to get their full rates.. Very disappointed with their service. I think they need to Improve their service. Someone needs to come in with some good competition and take all their business. Maybe they would wake up and provide service read more

Excellent cable service with almost no outages during my service time. Internet speeds were faster than advertised while I subscribed to their services. Promised 200 Mbps and received 225 Mbps download speed and upload was just as good on the Zoom II service. I wish I could get the same service where I live now for the same price. read more
