Future owned Tricomp computers and a computer store in Huntington on 5 th Ave. After 3 months or so they tried to pay me as an employee. We were 1 separate entities. I had my own business lic.. what they did is tried to take my already established customer list and take all my product. I had over 50k invested in inventory. Finally the wife of Woo the owner the store in Huntington. Told me they would pay me a third or the price of the inventory. I was in business myself over 10 years. I packed my stuff and left all 3 stores. What I found is they were funneling money into the other 2 stores which had little to no sales. They would show other stores owed the thousand of dollars of product bought on credit. The other 2 computer stores could not even build 1 computer. No product. How they showed thousands of sales I do not know. The only customers I saw in 1 store was people to buy ink and toner supplies. That was on my books not theirs.

His father ( a very nice gentleman) picked up my computer on a Thursday, it was very cold and snowing, and I got it back the Next Monday, in fine working order and has worked fine since then. they are very reasonable, almost to reasonable on the prices. Way better than anyone else I talked to and the fact that they will pick up and deliver at no extra charge is unbelievable. Nick had turned it on when I brought it in. Then I asked to speak to the owner. Ryan continued with his attitude that the owner wasn't there, and he wasn't giving me his number. I told him I grew up with the owner. He went to get him. Then the owner got frustrated because I did not want to bring my only working computer in to them to try again. Then he started yelling and he and Ryan both stormed out. The owner did have someone call and apologize and say they would try and make it right, but it was such an unsettling experience, I would never go back in there alone. I would have never known until I got home that my old computer wasn't working if I hadn't turned it on there. They said I have brought my computers there for years, which I have. They have always put the programs on eventually, or I wouldn't have kept going back. Besides the yelling, the fact they never told me the computer wasn't working anymore was very disappointing. So they apologized, but it was such a bad experience that I will never set foot in that place again.
