So I called the Nexair plumbing division of the company who installed my HVAC last summer. The young man came, determined it was the "fill valve" and stated the cost would be $350.00. I wrote the check knowing I was being cheated. The fill valve is a $15 part (per Home Depot). He spent 15 minutes doing the job. Also, he kept dallying wanting to stay in my house as i kept trying to lead him to the door. Later, i saw him parked outside my house AGAIN! I think he was racking up time for the outrageous charge. I contacted the company and asked for a supervisor to call me and explain the charge. I received no call. I wrote all of this and submitted to the WV attorney general. Nothing will come of it, but I'm disgusted. Senior citizens are vulnerable.

They looked at my garage door and replaced my springs, lube all areas that needed it. The door worked just like new. he did say "he couldn't guarantee the opener". The opener was 15 years old. They didn't push it to purchase a new one, they said "I could call them anytime I needed service". Overall, I decided to replace my old opener, and I love the new opener so much quieter. I went from a chain to newer belt model what a difference. The technician/installer was very professional. He is also very veteran friendly and offered a discount on the work he provided. Highly Recommend!
