When he dumped the load onto the tarps, I thought it looked a bit light. I've been ordering from a place in Waterford for about 10 years, same size order, and it always looked bigger then this order did, but you can't really argue about the size on the tarp. After I loaded up my 3/4 cord rack in the backyard, there was barely anything left. I believe I was definitely shorted by half a cord. I should have had half of the order left after filling the rack. I always get this amount so I can season 3/4 cord in the rack while I burn the rack contents of last year's delivery (moved into the garage) and have 3/4 cord in the garage ready to go for February burning. Now I have the 3/4 cord from last year and 2 small wheelbarrows of wood (about 3 days of burning) on the side. I called and told the guy who answered I believe I was shorted so he could make it right. He took my name and number and said he'd check into it and call me back. No call back. I believe I was shorted on my order of 1.5 cords by .5 cord. I just called them again and Mark called me back saying they will drop off 1/2 cord later this week. I'll update their stars to 4 once they do. UPDATE: After the delivery guy came by and measured my rack ( which holds 3.5' x 7' of wood for 24 sq ft, a cord is 4'x8' or 32 sq ft.) he dropped off a half cord out front. Definitely more than 1/3rd of initial delivery so I am very happy now! Thanks for making it right guys, I do appreciate it!

My wife and I recently replaced our kitchen cabinets and were delighted to work with Ron Bonner of…read moreWholesale Builder Supply, Inc. in Wixom. Ron was very helpful and patient as he explained the different grades of cabinetry available (I believe his company carries 9 varieties of kitchen and bath cabinets) and helped us choose the right style and color of cabinets for our project. Ron was also very helpful in addressing a number of questions we had, both before and after our cabinet selection, and always responded promptly to our emails and calls. He also came to our condo at least three times (and probably more), first to offer his input on design, which proved to be invaluable, and later to work out details, make changes, etc. and to participate in the delivery and installation of the cabinets. He also worked with my wife, who wanted to add a feature as a surprise to me, locating what she wanted, changing the plans as necessary to install it, etc., all without disclosing her surprise to me. Now that the cabinets have been installed, some adjustments/corrections/additions will be necessary. Ron has cooperated fully and promptly, including offering to do some work that is really the responsibility of the installing contractor, and we are completely confident that all final matters will be fully and fairly addressed/resolved as promptly as possible. Finally, this company's prices were highly competitive. We "price shopped" the cabinetry at other well known suppliers in Metro Detroit, and no one else even came close to matching, let alone beating, the price and quality Whole Builder Supply offered. In summary, we cannot say enough good things about Ron Bonner and Wholesale Builder Supply and recommend both without reservation.
