They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

We also shopped Sams club and Marshall's. This is hands down the best bargain in San Marcos for your bedding needs. The only thing that is disappointing is that there is no more real cashiers. Only self checkouts, which is the now the way of the world. On our way out, we discovered a 25% off coupon picked it up and discussed with front desk lady. We used a 20% off one item coupon. It didn't take long to realize that we are better off with the 25% coupon, and had the manager redo our order. That ended up saving us an extra $24! I believe it excluded already sale priced items.

She was more concerned at being rude about the shopping cart not leaving the store. Their rule about the shopping carts needs to be posted. They don't mind when you load up your cart & buy alot of stuff ! And every time I've gone, the place is messy. Someone needs to look into if what they are doing is against disability regulations.
