I had a procedure done with Dr.Bhoot and let me tell you...his one of the best doctors I've ever…read moremet! So professional, so caring and with great sense of humor and kindness. Also, his staff if is awesome, especially Janet! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Highly recommend!!!

Wow, unfortunately, I would not recommend this doctor. Thankfully, I have had many great…read moreexperiences with doctors, but this isn't one of them. I was referred to Dr. Bhoot to have a lower back lipoma removed. Without even seeing a scan or ultrasound of the lipoma, the first thing Dr. Bhoot said to me was "you are chubby". I was shocked that someone, let alone a doctor, would use this terminology. Especially after coming off a period of time where I couldn't even walk let alone exercise due to a serious car accident. He dismissed my concerns about my discomfort from the lipoma and said that "lipomas don't cause discomfort". I told him that when I sleep I feel it on my lower back and it's uncomfortable. He said, "I don't want to do unnecessary surgeries. This type of surgery would leave a scar and I don't want to do that." I let him know that I was okay with a scar if it would relieve the discomfort I have when laying down. He literally laughed. He said I don't think you have a lipoma. You must have a back condition. I let him know that I have had this lipoma for years. Even before my accident that made me unable to walk and caused me to gain some weight. He said, "I wouldn't say 'some weight'. You are very chubby." I tried to maintain my respect and let him know it has been there even when I was skinny. He said, "it would've been easier to evaluate the lipoma when you were skinny". He maintained a smirk throughout the entire consultation. I continued to advocate for my needs and he agreed to authorizing an ultrasound so that he could have evidence of whether or not it was a lipoma. Mind you, my primary physician and my dermatologist both identified it as a lipoma prior to my referral to Dr. Bhoot. Dr. Bhoot bragged about how easy the lipoma removal surgery would be, but added "for you, no. I won't do it." I was very disappointed in his communication style and invalidating approach. He lacks empathy and comes across as very arrogant. Even when my ultrasound returns a validating result, I will not subject myself to such poor treatment from Dr. Bhoot ever again. Protect yourself and go to a good doctor, not Dr. Bhoot. His staff is all very kind. I can't imagine what they must endure having to interact with such an unfortunate soul.

If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. I honestly don't know who is managing the place…read more While the medical service itself was excellent, the way security operates is deeply concerning--they seem to have more authority than the hospital's own CEO, Kerry Heinrich. Upon admission, we were provided with the hospital's rules and policies, signed all the paperwork, and clearly understood the disclaimers (e.g., personal responsibility for belongings, falls, etc.). After our baby was born, everything went well until the second night. I had to leave for work and asked my mother to stay with my wife and the baby. At that point, security--specifically the third-party company Allied Universal--insisted that I was not allowed to leave because, as the father, it was "hospital policy" that I remain onsite. When I asked to see this policy in writing, both the supervisor, Chris, and another security officer, Emanuel, refused to provide any documentation. They simply repeated that this was a "private hospital with private policies." This was never part of the paperwork we signed nor anything disclosed upfront. The situation escalated when a security officer, who claimed to have created this rule, became upset after I challenged her about it. Emanuel later accused me of insulting her, but my frustration came only from being denied transparency about a supposed policy that does not exist in writing. Mr. Heinrich, if you wish to maintain this hospital's reputation, I strongly urge you to review the conduct of your contracted security company. As it stands, they appear to exercise unchecked authority that undermines both patient experience and trust in hospital leadership. Thank you.
