***** BUYER BEWARE ALERT ***** ***** SCAM ALERT ***** ARMALASER STOLE MY MONEY Hello Firearm Enthusiasts, I must agree with the majority of reviews found for ARMALASER. I gave this a 2 star review hoping to get your attention and not just another upset 1 star review. I realize now why ARMALASER is not in any of your local gun shops, they are a rip off and will not respond if they sell you a faulty product. I will make an attempt to post screenshots to this review of their customer service "live chat". It's all bots preprogrammed to lead you on until you forget about the issue or just give up. Well, not this time. I am having a website built specifically to help everyone out there that might be considering to buy one of their products or deal with the company ; ARMALASER DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ! Sub par product with worse Customer Service. They believe that a customer that looses $238.00 will just resolve to be silent - not me. I'll write another review once the website is up and running for all to read. They are passing inexpensive CHINESE products with parts that do not have value, ie, stripped screws, faulty wiring and a horrible fit and finish to the shooting community. I would rather write an awesome review complimenting ARMALASER'S product and great customer service, that would be easy and informative, however, they blew it. Don't take our money and ignore us when we have a problem unless that has been your ultimate goal. It sounds like it from all the poor reviews ARMALASER has on record. Keep a look out for an edit to this review where I will add the website that will be forthcoming describing in detail what a SCAM *** ARMALASER *** really is. That's for reading, I hope this saves someone, anyway, money and aggravation. Too many times reaching out via email, phone messages and their chat only to be left holding a pile of plastic parts and a battery that just do not work. Karma will get you every time. Wouldn't it be better to just do the right thing and follow through with your customers and just save yourself all the embarrassment by selling something that fits, goes together and works rather than reading this and realizing that you are a FRAUD. I would give the 0 stars, after 6 chat sessions 16 unanswered phone calls and 4 emails I gave up, They take your money promise ship dates and dont deliver, They dont even have the BALLS to email you or call you back to discuss your order they just dont give a crap, just want your money, They are probably going out of business STAY AWAY!!!! Customer service is horrible. Product came to me damaged ! After returning the product, which took about 4 weeks to get them to respond they have not refunded or replaced they said we would have to pay to fix. If you like to waste money then purchase here. Customer service is poor in regards to their warranty with battery and parts. It's obvious that they only want you to send them more money.

I have the Armalaser TR27 mounted on an Sig P365. Every time I try to use the firearm the battery is dead. After replacing the battery six times, I sent it in for repair. It came back in the same condition. Defective. An unreliable product is a worthless addition to an EDC firearm. No refund, no working replacement... What kind of warranty is that? read more

Customer service was outstanding. I had a missing housing screw from one of their laser units that I purchased several months ago. I called and spoke with Vanessa on 04/18/23 and told her the screw had worked it's way out and I needed a replacement. She immediately said she would send one out (actually sent two) and I had them in less than a week at no charge for the parts or shipping. Great product and service but here's the one thing that really stood out. I actually spoke to someone at their company in the U.S. that knew exactly what I needed. Great green laser for Ruger SR22. Attachment is secure and on-board on/off switch unit is easy to use and remove to instead use the FLX48 grip on/off switch. Customer service is local, immediate, responsive and very knowledgeable. The FLX48 ribbon on/off switch adheres well to the gun to become a grip switch (it then replaces the on-board switch module). Getting the FLX48 to exactly align with the laser body was tricky because of a lip at the head of the FLX48 ribbon that is designed to catch on a Picatinny rail lug. I had to cut off the lip in order to position the ribbon's head farther back in order to align the contacts of the FLX48's head with the contacts of the laser unit; then pull down on the laser body while sliding it onto the rail in order to not jam the FLX ribbon contacts. The mis-match was only a millimeter or two because of the lip, but critical for the ribbon contacts to engage the laser contacts. Cutting the lip off in order to position the ribbon head anywhere along the rail was simply a matter of a careful scissors trim and at first lightly adhering the ribbon's adhesive to the gun if repositioning is needed. Order an extra ribbon in case you make a mistake; it's only a few dollars. Other guns may not suffer this situation, but I enjoy having an extra ribbon. A 5 star rating is still in order because the fix was simple, yet unexpected, but understandable considering the tight tolerances with this particular pistol's application. read more

As a collector I have a number of different firearms accessories including Laser's (Pistol & Rifle/Shotgun) and have purchased product from Cyndie (GSM) at ArmaLaser. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and excellent nature of their products such as low Profile Rail device called STINGRAY. They have provided me fantastic customer service every time I contacted them and even sent replacement batteries to check and make sure whatever Batteries Plus was selling us is correct. This is a good company that stands behind its' products without a bunch of excuses. They respond immediately and attended my requests without delay. It is for these reasons I can unconditionally refer and recommend them to the Public at Large. The latest Laser I got is for my new 16 Round FNX-45 Tactical, and it remains on target after numerous shots. It does not move around or go out of alignment' which is a sign of a good Laser. I was in need of a laser for my gun. I looked at other brands, but I didn't have a rail on my gun, so I went with Armalaser because their prices were decent and the laser could fit onto my gun without me needing to purchase additional attachments. I made a purchase. A few days later, I got an email saying that they couldn't ship to me and would cancel my order because people were making "fraudulent" purchases and my shipping address was different from my billing address. I responded to the email, no response. Eventually, someone responded, and this rep was actually pleasant and helpful. A few days later, I received a notification that a shipping label was created. Ironically, it was still shipped to my PO Box, which was still different from my billing address. A few more days passed, and I noticed that the tracking number emailed to me wasn't updating. Thinking that maybe the post office forgot to scan the label, I contacted UPS. They told me that they haven't received anything and that the hold up was Armalaser. I contacted Armalasers customerservice via email at first. No response. I contacted them via phone after a few days, and the lady who took my call had a very curt, short tone. I calmly explained to her the situation, and she said they'd look into it ASAP. When I hung up the phone, I found that my first email was coincidentally responded to moments after phone conversation. Another week went by and there was no follow up, no one reached out to me, nothing. I continued checking the old tracking number thinking that perhaps they shipped it out, same problem, the item hasn't been shipped but shipping label created. After a couple of days, I decided to email them again inquiring about my order. Days went by, no response, no call, nothing. A few more days went by and I finally got another short, curt, indifferent email telling me that my item was shipped with the new tracking number. I entered the new tracking number that I never got by phone and just received by email and it showed my item was delivered just sitting at Post Office. There was no apology in the email for them just getting me the follow up information that I asked for almost two weeks prior, there was no understanding, no nothing. The only matter of fact request was send back second item if it was mailed. I could see if at some point I was rude in my exchange with ArmaLaser, but I wasn't. I was patient, and even in my frustration with them dropping the ball, I showed poise and was cordial. Unfortunately, the people I was going to refer to this business to buy lasers or other products, I won't. I'm very skeptical that if I have an issue with my product that they'd even care, as they've shown customer satisfaction and honoring their word doesn't seem important. Next time, I'll go with Crimson Trace or another company. Buyers, beware. And to ArmaLaser, I'd really consider looking into new customer service reps. They are the the first contact that people see, thus they're the face of your business. Not a good look. If you're going to keep them, perhaps train them up and have them take classes on professionalism. read more
