Frekles just had a dental and tumor removal and she was treated as if one of their own. The doctor was in contact with us at every turn during the procedure and the front desk was very helpful in getting answers when we called. I loved that they did not try to charge us for things we did not request nor up sale us on products we did not need. For example, Dr Grant said she should be ok from getting at her incision site, so instead of the cone of shame, she got the shirt of shame. I feel very comfortable taking her back for anything she may need! Thanks again for taking great care of my baby girl!

Curbside veterinary visit

We just moved to Washington and have been here about 30 days. I've been looking for reviews and veterinary services for days and found this. It was a bit of a wait when I checked in, but then when they seen us is was very nice. The doctor my baby had was very kind, understanding, sympathetic and caring. The follow up calls are great and made me feel like my girl is in great hands. I will definitely continue to bring my baby to this vet, we've had such a horrible and trams ic experience in the past and I want my baby to not be afraid of vets with her last days. She's a happy girl!

I took my injured rabbit in for a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and compassionate. We were seen by Dr. Olson and although the appointment was brief, I left there feeling much better about my rabbit's health and well-being. They staff who checked us out after seeing Dr. Olson were very caring and compassionate and treated us like we've been in their care for awhile. It was also nice to receive an email with a summary of the visit and the doctor's recommendation.

This is my puppy baldur who goes here for his care

I really like the staff here and their prices are great. They are always nice when I bring my puppy in and they take care of him and make him feel calm, they do have treats which helps when they need to weigh him because he's a wiggle worm. Their staff is very prompt about getting next appointments set up, which is great too. They also don't charge an arm and a leg for vaccinations, and they also do text or call you the day before to confirm your appointment . I'm happy we chose this place over the others in the area. Because they are affordable and helpful as can be. We love coming here because they always take care of baldur

Mina waiting to see Dr. Olson!

One time I even came to pick her up and she was covered in dry poop. They told me to come last Monday when I asked about an appointment. So I go on the day I was told. Only to hear they refuse to see my dog because they put in her profile a certain doctor. I was unaware. And wasted an hour trying to get them to see her because I couldn't take an extra day off work. They simply said that's not my problem several times. Super unprofessional. Not only that but they know my dog is aggressive when she's frightened and they don't walk up slowly to her. They charge right to her and scare her. As vets office you would think they know how to handle dogs like mine. So I told them to forget it and walked out. Then I called Everett veterinary hospital and got an appointment that day. I cannot say enough that this vets office is horrible. And if you wanna hear about Everett veterinary hospital that was absolutely amazing see my other review.

We received a quote from Arlington Pet Clinic, for 334.30, at the weight of 119. We set the appointment and my husband dropped him off in the morning. Our dog weighed in at 124. No price change was discussed. Fast forward to a few hours later, our dog is out of surgery, and the clinic calls my husband and says the price is now 667 because our dog weighed 5 lbs more than originally quoted at. I was shocked and angry. A five lb difference costs over double? My husband asked the clinic to call me as I generally handle any concerns with our pets. The surgeon called, called my husband the wrong name, then proceeded to launch into a rapid fire string of excuses as to why the price was double now. None of his reasons were logical. He continued to insist that a quote did not need to be honored, as it was "just a quote". One may reasonably expect a slight variation in a quote, but double, for what boiled down to five pounds difference, is absolutely ludicrous. I calmly told him it was ridiculous. After much blustering and talking over me, he offered to honor the original price but that we would no longer be welcome at his practice. As i had a terrible taste in my proverbial mouth from the whole situation, I felt I would never return there regardless, and agreed. My husband picked our dog up, paid the 334 and turned down the pain meds and antibiotic as the surgeon now wanted to charge over double for these items as well. He called my husband later that evening and proceeded to moan at him that I had been unreasonable, scrambling to explain his extortion. I again told him we no longer wished to give him our business and that his calling us in the evening was extremely unprofessional. I just got a knock on my door. We have been served papers because he claims to never have been paid at all and is now demanding 1,381.70. He then texted my husband and said he would settle out of court for 947. Of course I said no. Who does that? This will be fought, and we will win. I felt it necessary to alert the community that this person has attempted to manipulate, extort and give ultimatums in regards to the care of pets in our neighborhood. Absolutely disgusting and loathsome.

She had diabetes and detached retinas, neither of which Dr Rosie was aware of when I took her for an exam. Now I find that the wife (front desk person) must have blacklisted this poor cat because (1) they never answer the phone and (2) they never call me back! My cat was unable to pass urine, I left a message at 1:30 (they were at their 2-hour lunch, good grief) and again at 3:15 (when they should have been back from their 2 hour lunch). Never a call back. What kind of person does that knowing I'm desperate for help with this poor cat? I just can't believe that these people are still in business. I wish they would retire and sell the clinic to someone who actually CARES about animals and customer service. Good luck with leaving a message and actually getting a response from Mrs Rosie. She does not represent her husband well.

It is at a horse farm after all... Anyways, long story short- my dog got a potential burn while we were camping (over an hour away from home) and so I rushed him to the closest vet I could find on yelp once I got service again. It was here. Turns out, he didn't even get burnt, really. His eyelid got a little pink and then it went away. But we're crazy paranoid and protective so we treated it like an emergent situation. This doctor immediately gave my dog two shots without asking me or even looking him over. It was clearly his go to with any patient, regardless of the issue. Then he sprayed a similar "antibiotic" on his gums... he even tied to spray it on my neck! He charged me $180 for this. And I left feeling terrified about what was just injected into my dog. I called my regular vet as soon as I left and turns out they knew of him! Apparently, he is a horse vet but gives all sizes and species the same medicines in varying doses. Also, I told them the names of what he injected into my dog and they said they were harmless but also not helpful in any way. They were more like "home remedies" that he swears by. So I wasted $180 for something I could've put a little ice on. Just be aware of what you're getting into.
