I have used Dr Jen at All creatures for several years now. caring, considerate, giving are the words to describe the experience I have had. Backups are non existant when I've been scheduled, but I do know that they have emergencies. I cannot offer a higher recommendation for their clinic, they are the best!! read more

we took our cat ears in to have him put down, we had since he was a baby, being emotional both my wive and i, they were very understanding and caring , my wife went in with ears and he had a difficult time even at his age , 19-20, anyway the vet was very understanding and patient, the bill was very reasnoable and they werent in any hurry, anyway it was a very understanding clinic and made a tough situation bearable read more

After years of trying to find a vet for my diverse dog pack I found an amazing team here at All Creatures. From my reactive/aggressive 50lb mutt, to my fearful/high anxiety 20lb senior, and my newest addition of puppy - Every vet who has treated my pack has been knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend anyone who asks me to go here. read more

Staff seems very friendly, however it's been an ongoing issue on getting to patients in a timely manner. If you book an appointment they usually don't get to you till 45mins after your appointment time. Our last visit I just couldn't do it and walked out. I understand understaffing but we also have to recognize that people's time is valuable as well. read more

I have been a customer of all creatures veterinary for over 40 years. We have gone through many dogs with Dr. Tim and Dr. Jaci. Dr. Tim has always been there for us and helped us through a very hard situation with our dog Layla who had bone cancer. Currently we have two French bulldogs that we bring to All Creatures and I have tremendous confidence in their service. read more

Dr. Tim and Dr. Jackie have always treated our pets right. While I have taken issue with some of the front office staff, they generally do a good job and this is about the care my pets receive. Overall, this veterinary practice is well worth it when competent, caring, and attentive pet care is your priority. If you can, I recommend this clinic. Made an account just for this! This place is ridiculous, just moved to the area, called to make appointments for multiple pets to establish with a vet, and was told they do not have time for my questions (on the first question) and hung up. Astounded by the unprofessionalism, at least I found out before it was too late! Glad there are many other vets with better reviews in the area. Map those before going to this wreck. read more

~have done business with them for years! Lately they have been outside of integrity in their pricing as I purchase the same allergy medication every month from them. Part of the medication is an injection shot which I'm very familiar with for 20 years at least. Just got one from them last month and it worked fine. Today the one they gave me exploded in my face, got into my eyes, all over the dog as well. Called them immediately as I had just purchased it within 30 minutes of this occurring. The office manager - Jan, refused to do anything to make the situation right- actually accused me of trying to scam a free shot! This has to be the Worst Veterinarian clinic around. They Don't give a Rats Ass about your pets. They seem to busy and have too much money to care about your pets that they have No problem if you go somewhere else. FYI, ho somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of actually thinking that this company cares about your pets. We thought theres no way these people would ever treat cash paying customers with family pets like this but this company did, so save yourself the trouble and find another Vet... Just a legitimate FYI 2 pets of ours that needed their services and they didn't have time for and basically told us to go to Hell... read more

I don't feel that All Creatures really cares about its customers that support them. When they call and tell you your animal will be ready after 2 you go to the business. When I got there, I pulled in front and called. The message said to call back if your here to pick up your pet. Which I did. No response. Few minutes later tried again, and still no answer. Trying 8 times and still no answer. Get out of my car go to the door and they asked me what I needed. I said to pick up animal. I told her I have been waiting for an hour in my car and I called 8 times. She looked confused. No customer service at all. They should be ashamed!! read more

The female Dr., I cant remember her name, didn't greet my pup or act like she even cared about her. She took my dog to another room to draw some blood and I waited in the exam room. I heard a dog screaming bloody murder, it was really awful and lasted a while. I thought to myself that poor dog. It wasn't until I was driving home and my dog vomited quite a lot that it dawned on me that that was my sweet little dog in such distress. I've never heard her make such awful sounds. I called the vets office to confirm that, and the Dr said she had a hard time drawing blood from my elderly dog but did not apologize for her rough treatment. If I had realized that it was my dog screaming, I would have definitely gone into the other room to rescue my dog from the obvious rough treatment. I am seriously pissed off that my dog was handled so roughly. She's 17 years old, only weighs 8 lbs. and she is usually very sweet. I will never use this vet again. There is no excuse for their lack of patience or compassion. read more

I have been going to All Creatures 25+ yrs and can not say enough good things about them. We recently had to put our dog down and just went there without an appointment. Jan, Mary and Jackie were so kind and understanding. They took us back immediately and let us stay with our Cooper til the end. We always have a good experience and never have to wait long for our appointments.Thank you to all of you for all the great years you've taken care of our animals. We will continue to be seeing you for many more years. You all our so kind and understanding. Dan W. PS: Thank you for the flowers. read more

I used to think All Creatures was the best place to bring all my pets, for whatever they needed. Every concern was taken seriously and taken care of quickly. You probably know where this is going... I would not recommend this place to my enemies. I feel so sad and sorry for all the neglected pet needs that are not gettong the care they so desperately need. My appointment was made several months ago for today... my concern, that my pet needed addressed became a serious issue, and will be for the rest of her life now. I am not complaining about a one time issue with all creatures... this just ended up being my last bit of my patience for All Creatures in Arlington, wa. I, and I'm sure many others, would love to see the care and affection for all our pets health to come back the way it was, or even better, a few years ago; or to have another vet clinic open up so we can avoid the catastrophic neglect happening so sadly by All Creatures. How is this fair to our furry friends to go untreated and undiagnosed or even the simple things like vaccinations to be done on time. I regret not taking my pet somewhere else even if it meant traveling to find the care that vets are supposed to have. Terrible vets equal angry pet owners. All Creatures, I hope you rectify your negligence soon. You have lost many customers and will lose more...not that you care enough to give any of us any thought. read more

Not recommended. They don't seem to care for you or your pet. After driving 60mi r/t and waiting in my car for them, they cancelled 2 appts. I was very upset after my second visit, which I thought was just to get our kittens' rabies shot. After sending my husband to get the shots, which I told him was just to get the shots...he came home after spending another $186.00. I had just been there one month earlier to get the kittens' 1st set of shots, which I knew included an exam. I was not told that they would charge another whole exam, shots and another set of 1st shots if I came back for the rabies shots separately! Aparently they had not looked at their computer for what our service was supposed to be, or hadn't explained to me that they would still charge me for another whole exam and another set of shots. If I had known that, I would have gotten the rabies shots at the time of our first visit! I went back to talk to them about it and they just rationalized the visit/charges away! I will not go back to them. They were very arrogant and didn't seem to have their customer service at their forefront. read more

Waited 2 months to get my dogs teeth cleaned... Informed them my dog will be distressed upon arrival... Oh! They say we are so used to animals that are stressed.. Our technicians are professionals.. We muzzled our dog as responsible owners.. They were clearly untrained for taking care of animals that needed sedation prior to the appointment..Too scared to administer a shot on a muzzled dog.. Waste of time.. The kicker also for 170.00 additional dollars on top of the 350.00 teeth cleaning.. You are offered blood work.. I can not promote this place due to incompetent untrained staff that tell you they can do something and demonstrate the opposite. It is embarrassing.. Don't waste your time. read more

Great vets! When our 17 year old dog died they called us & sent flowers. They are very compassionate.

Very kind staff and so caring. Recently we had to put our family dog of 16 years down, and the staff were so kind in our mourning. They sent us a yellow flower plant, which made my day. Whether they did this just for us or always do this, I just can't get over the thought behind it. Thankful for their kindness during this heartbreaking time. read more

This place does not cater to cats. It should be dogs only on their sign. Every time I would call to try and schedule an appointment the receptionist would say "I think we are all booked up". Really!? You think. Maybe you should check to find out for sure. She never suggested another day or time and was not apologetic. She seemed annoyed that I had even called. I will not be going back. The one time I did make it in the doctor was nice and she seemed genuine about her work. I saw no cat food or cat toys or anything cat related in the lobby. read more

I was referred here by a friend. My cat was seen at this clinic a couple of times last year. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Clinic always seems busy. The only negative was that I didn't think the doctor spent enough time explaining my cat's condition or the options during my first visit. She was one of the female doctors but I don't recall which one. The other time and today, my cat was seen by Dr. Cavanagh who was very thoughtful. Sadly, my cat needed to be euthanized today. Dr. Cavanagh was very kind. After the procedure, he lead me out a back door so I wouldn't have to walk out through the waiting room. He really made the process a lot easier. read more

I'm going to give them 3 stars because they did really do a good job with the actual surgery for my dog. It was ATP LO and she's healing incredibly wonderfully. However I will say most dogs that are successful with said surgery is due to the at home care. My dog is anxious and therefore had to be refused the red light therapy that was part of the recovery process in the payment of 4150. However on top of that at her 8 week appointment it's not typical they sedate her for the x-ray. This was not told to us in advance of the surgery or the 8 week appointment. At the 8 week appointment I pulled up and they told me she would be ready in an hour and a 1/2 or so and that she would have to be sedated for her X-ray because of how reactive she can be peread there was no mention of additional charge. 2 hours later I was beckoned into the building after having to pay a $100 for sedation and a nail trim included. None of which I really asked for. I was told she could probably get the nail trim taken off. I am frustrated because I already spent thousands of dollars to get my dog fixed and Some of the surgery she was unable to use because of her anxiety and I feel there was a misrepresentation st this appointment. Everything else was great for the most part. It seems like a lot of new doctors and they didn't understand dealing with her so I had to repeat myself several times about her situation. I think the doctor is well educated however and I guess that's what matters. I can't a 100% say that I would recommend them. read more

I love this veterinarian office. They are very helpful and know their stuff. I have a 9 year old daughter who wants to be a vet someday and they allowed her to help examine our puppy. All Creatures Veterinary Service - This was right after and with in hours he was himself, we had to hold him back. He had both shoulders and neutered. - Veterinarians Near Me - Arlington, Washington

We are new to the area and had to find someone to help our sweet rottie cross the rainbow bridge. The staff assisted me via phone to set up the appointment for that day, and were very compassionate. The doctor had never met us, but was kind from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. He handled our baby with care and walked us out the back exit since we were visibly upset with our loss. He hugged us and reassured us that he would call us when our baby is back from being cremated. It was the best reception given the circumstances and I am glad we found them. read more

This is one of the worst vets offices around. I brought my new puppy in for his well puppy check and left in tears. Dr Amy has the bedside manner of a badger. She had nothing but negative comments about my brand new puppy. The second time I had to bring him in for antibiotics I was given expired ones! They eventually gave me ones that hadn't expired, but were very unapologetic. I will not be returning here. It's unfortunate, ever since Dr Cavanaugh has been mostly MIA the place has gone to the wayside. I could go on, but I've moved to a different vet and won't look back. read more

Exceptional medical treatment and genuine care for the welfare of animals. I can't say enough about the way they've gone above and beyond in the care of my dog - and I'm sure- "all creatures." They literally saved my dog's life when I thought there was no hope. Rave reviews and gratitude for Dr. Hulce and Dr. Cavanaugh's expertise and compassion. Contrary to a previous reviewer's post, I brought my super-grouchy (but lovable) cat here when he was very sick. He's not friendly and I was afraid Dr Hulce would get hurt trying to work with him. She was amazing! My cat actually loved her (a miracle). Not only was Dr. Hulce's cat-side manner a wonder, she knew just what to do and my cat made a full recovery in a couple days. Cats ARE treated well here. The vets and staff here are truly exceptional. Highly recommended!!! read more

If there was a 'half-star' available, I would give the clinic 4.5 stars for only the smallest of reasons (plus, I tend to reserve five stars for the very finest places). Here are two little things I wish they would change: 1. they took down their public bulletin board and, 2. their hours are not flexible enough for me. First, there used to be a bulletin board where the public could post notices like pet events, lost/found pets, etc., but they removed it saying it was always messy and people didn't come in and update what they posted. So WHAT?! I've been a receptionist and it doesn't take all that much effort to take down an old post! If I lost a pet, I would sure want a place to advertise that wasn't a street lamp. 2. their hours of operation are static with little flex (3 morning hours on Saturdays and open until 7 on Thursdays is the only flex times). 9 to 5:30 is hard for working folk, and I wish more pet clinics understood that. I work an hour away and start at 8am, for example; so how am I supposed to make a pet appointment? I have to take a morning or day off work. Now for the good parts: 1. I've read other reviews and no, they are NOT an emergency clinic (hence, they don't necessarily take trauma walk-ins unless they are already open and have room; they have back-to-back appointments scheduled and emergencies can bust that schedule. People who have taken their time (such as off work!) to go for an appointment can't be put aside because of emergencies; its just not good customer service. 2. I happen to know they are NOT compassionless (as one reviewer commented). Emergencies can be emotional, and its hard to see a bigger picture when our loved one is hurting. We see our personal situation as trumping all others' needs. 3. All-in-all, I love this clinic. Through my pets' lives, deaths, emergencies, and daily living, All Creatures staff have cared for our family. Even when they couldn't see us, they would tell us where to go or who to see; such as when my Mimi developed lymphosarcoma. They gave me several options, places to go, and palliative cares to help the process. That's a family clinic for you, and one worth patronizing. Now, if only they'd bring back their bulletin board and offer more flexible hours...:)! read more

We love this vet clinic! Our 13 year old shepherd mix has been going to this clinic for her whole life. Unfortunately she has some chronic medical issues in her old age that require lots of appointments, blood draws, and medications so we are very familiar with the clinic and staff. All the vets are great, but shout out to Dr Jackie for always being patient and very responsive with all my anxious pet mom questions and concerns! read more

One of the worst vets I have EVER been to. Rude and unprofessional. I drove 2 hours to bring my dog there for PennHip. I gently reminded them to scan his microchip and give that info to PennHip. I get a call the next day asking me to bring him back in because they forgot to scan it. I told them no, I am not driving 2 hours (4 hours round trip) with my dog and 2 kids again for you to do something you should have, so I gave her the microchip number over the phone which is not right in PennHips book. I asked for them to email me copies of the hips x rays as I enjoy looking at them. They said "no, it's against PennHip rules". Actually it is not. I have had Pennhip done 4 times (with other dogs) and at 2 different vets. They all showed me the x rays on site and sent them to my email. After this it had been 2 weeks since my dog had gone in and still no results. I came across another woman who had 2 weeks prior posted about this vet she went to that wouldn't let her have copies of the x rays and called for 12 days and they didn't respond until day 14 only to tell her the dog had to be REDONE because pennhip rejected their views. Low and behold- she went to All Creatures in Arlington. I ended up calling Atech Imaging myself and they told me my dogs X Rays had not been submitted. So I called All Creatures and she told me I was wrong. Once I told her I talked to Antech, things changed and they stopped talking to me. I called and left a voicemail that I wanted a refund and they sent a check, never sent his X rays in. Nothing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE! Rude and don't know what they are doing. I will continue to drive the 4 hours to the PennHip vet that is respectful and actually sends stuff in. read more

My husband and I were new to the Marysville area and just got a dog for our family. I was referred to Dr. Tim by one of my neighbors and I have had only good experiences with the veterinary service. I was referred here by my sister so I made an appointment. Got there vet said she needed to be spayed or risk uterine cancer. went to pay for examination and see the estimate for next apt. and I was shocked. Ive never paid 50 dollars for an examination fee anywhere first off. Second the spay for a 4 pound dog was a bit high. 260 dollars just for a spay is a bit much. Not sure if I will be going back to this place due to the high prices. shopped around and found other prices at other vets were about a 3rd of the price. Nice veterinarian but Ive always had nice vets. read more

Mary Wujick behind the front desk was just the most distasteful person imaginable from the moment I walked in the door. Absolutely no care for anything but the bottom line. My husband and I were in the midst of a very emotional relocation from Spokane to Brewster, Wa. The day we were packing the truck and heading out our doxie became paralyzed. Could not use her back legs at all. Of course by the time we got to Brewster on Sunday - we decided to wait till Monday to visit the vet. He told us after looking at the xrays that it didn't appear to be degenerative disc or spine issue - but did believe it was "permanent". Long story short... we had to leave Brewster for an extended stay with husbands sister in Arlington, Wa where after our doxie became ill with diarrhea and we were exhausted from carrying her everywhere and changing diapers - we were referred to Dr. Tim at All Creatures. He performed Accupunture and gave us some herbal pills. IMMEDIATELY our precious pup responded. We were told to come back in a week for treatment 2. She literally was STANDING on her own by then. By treatment 3 she was running, albeit a little wobbly. OH - this little miracle came at a cost of I believe $50 per treatment +herbs. I cannot praise this office enough. Our little Bella is still running and thriving. Thanks to Dr. Cavanagh. read more
