Their customer service is horrible. I have never had a good experience here. My dog is aggressive I get that. I medicate her, I muzzle her and they still refuse to see her. One time I even came to pick her up and she was covered in dry poop. They told me to come last Monday when I asked about an appointment. So I go on the day I was told. Only to hear they refuse to see my dog because they put in her profile a certain doctor. I was unaware. And wasted an hour trying to get them to see her because I couldn't take an extra day off work. They simply said that's not my problem several times. Super unprofessional. Not only that but they know my dog is aggressive when she's frightened and they don't walk up slowly to her. They charge right to her and scare her. As vets office you would think they know how to handle dogs like mine. So I told them to forget it and walked out. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Scam veterinarian surgeon at Arlington Pet Clinic We called around for quotes on neutering our shepherd male dog. We received a quote from Arlington Pet Clinic, for 334.30, at the weight of 119. We set the appointment and my husband dropped him off in the morning. Our dog weighed in at 124. No price change was discussed. Fast forward to a few hours later, our dog is out of surgery, and the clinic calls my husband and says the price is now 667 because our dog weighed 5 lbs more than originally quoted at. I was shocked and angry. A five lb difference costs over double? My husband asked the clinic to call me as I generally handle any concerns with our pets. The surgeon called, called my husband the wrong name, then proceeded to launch into a rapid fire string of excuses as to why the price was double now. None of his reasons were logical. He continued to insist that a quote did not need to be honored, as it was "just a quote". One may reasonably expect a slight variation in a quote, but double, for what boiled down to five pounds difference, is absolutely ludicrous. I calmly told him it was ridiculous. After much blustering and talking over me, he offered to honor the original price but that we would no longer be welcome at his practice. As i had a terrible taste in my proverbial mouth from the whole situation, I felt I would never return there regardless, and agreed. My husband picked our dog up, paid the 334 and turned down the pain meds and antibiotic as the surgeon now wanted to charge over double for these items as well. He called my husband later that evening and proceeded to moan at him that I had been unreasonable, scrambling to explain his extortion. I again told him we no longer wished to give him our business and that his calling us in the evening was extremely unprofessional. I just got a knock on my door. We have been served papers because he claims to never have been paid at all and is now demanding 1,381.70. He then texted my husband and said he would settle out of court for 947. Of course I said no. Who does that? This will be fought, and we will win. I felt it necessary to alert the community that this person has attempted to manipulate, extort and give ultimatums in regards to the care of pets in our neighborhood. The Vet (Dr. Maggie Gillen) was literally soooo rude to me yesterday!!!  I have never had a problem with Dr. Gowan.  Nobody was there at all at before 8am when I arrived, and only 1 customer came in briefly toward the end.  Dr. Gillen, who I never met before finally came out after a long wait, did a 3 minute or less 'exam' on my dog's leg and never even introduced herself or said anything helpful or kind.  I was crying and pretty distraught because my beloved dog was whimpering in pain and couldn't put any weight on her back leg. She said they would need Xrays to determine what was wrong and I asked how much, she walked away and said she would give me an estimate.  She had such a negative attitude and I didn't even know her name. After that she didn't come back to offer me treatment options, answer questions or anything except sending an assistant out that brought me an invoice and when I asked a question she would say she didn't know, then walked to the back to get an answer.  I only had a few questions. (Could they tell from an Xray if it was a pulled muscle, tendon or strained ligament? Did my dog had to be sedated for the Xrays? And then  Could they take the Xrays off and include some pain medication? I wouldn't be able to afford a surgery and my dog was obviously in pain.  She came back out with the Xrays off and Carprofen, (equivalent to Ibuprofen) and I said OK but I wasn't sure that was going to help her as she has had that before.   The Receptionist suggested Tramadol and an antinflammatory, so that was added. The Receptionist asked the assistant if they could give her a pain injection and suggested that would help and I said yes if they could do that. They had her in the back maybe 5 minutes, if that.  While she was back there I saw how expensive the anti-inflammatory medication was and looked up the number for and called 'Chewy' online Vet Pharmacy ($5.00 for Methocarbomal on Chewy as opposed to the $51.00 they were charging)  I said I would get the Methicarbomal from Chewy and pay for the pain injection and Tramadol with them. I was extremely upset about my dog, trying to get her the best affordable care, but willing to pay for what was necessary. (At the beginning I asked if previous money I gave them up front for 'Light therapy' for my son's dog could be applied to this bill, the assistant gave me a weird answer that they couldn't do that in case my son came in for the treatment for his dog.  I said that wasn't going to happen, his dog was on my account, I paid for it and they never told me it was a 'use it or they keep your money policy', but thought I'd worry about that later, the assistant said tho that she would ask the Dr.)  After the injection Dr. Gillen came out and I was on the phone she started talking rudely ti me saying she wanted ti show me the policy on her phone about not getting the money back. I said "I'm literally on the phone what are you doing?" As she was shoving the phone at me showing a text from Dr.Gowan about not being able to transfer therapies prescribed for one pet to a different pet. I said thats a text not a policy and didn't answer about the money paid for it. I got off the phone and she told me I 'was on the verge of being fired from the clinic' I said 'I don't work here, but for what?? For asking questions? ' She repeated it 4 times instead of giving me an answer.  She then told me I "you wasted an hour of my time!" I said 'What are you talking about? I waited and didn't complain once. There wasn't a single other customer except the lady that just came that was talking to the Receptionist.  She said "I'm in the middle of a Dental Surgery!"  I said then 'Why are you out here yelling at me, geez go do your surgery, if you didn't have time to see me you should have told me, or when I called yesterday they shouldn't have told me to come at 9am'.  I am just absolutely appalled at her rudeness, that she can't answer questions up front instead of dragging it out, making things worse for both of us. I'm sorry she needed to be rude and disrespectful because she was stressed and I couldn't read her mind.  I hope she can be kinder to people in the future and more clear with her communication and just care more.  I literally was in tears most of the time there and left confused, I had to Google how long the pain injection would last because she didn't tell me anything. I got my rescue cat during Covid. My old vet and all the others in the area weren't taking on patients. My cat had a cold and needed treatment. Someone told me about this place. It's first come first served. I waited in line from 7:30am (I made sure I was first.) until open at 9. I didn't mind. It was drop off only. I didn't mind as I've found that the pet gets nervous if I'm hovering. He got excellent care and since other vets opened I still don't go to them. The vet moved and it's more inconvenient but I like the help and the care my cat gets. read more

I am giving this business one star because their posted price list and walk in services appeal to clients who struggle getting better care. But everything else about this visit was horrible! This is our fur baby Snoopy and he is normally the most happy dog ever despite being blind and a 10 year old senior. During this weekend's snowstorm when going potty he hurt his toenail pretty bad so we took him to Arlington Pet Clinic and it was probably the worst experience we have ever had at a vet. At 9am 01/17/21 we called Arlington Pet Clinic requesting an appointment. They told us it was walk in only so we made the drive from our house to them about 25 minutes away. Upon arrival they did not allow us back to where Snoopy, our dog was taken but we were not concerned due to covid. We asked how long was expected and they immediately asked if they could proceed without approval for services and what was our cost limit. That seemed an odd ? To me given they had not even seen our dog yet. We told them please call us first and they said we'd hear by lunch time. By 1pm we still had heard nothing so we left a voicemail. 3pm we still heard nothing so we left another voicemail. We then decided to drive back out to find out what was going on. When we arrived at the clinic their was a line and after waiting another 30 minutes we were greeted with a new receptionist from the am. We immediately said hey look we called several times and Noones responded you've had our dog since this am what is going on. Snoopy must have heard us and we could hear him crying out. This is bizarre given our dog is rarely vocal. The receptionist appeared annoyed at being questioned about the clinics lack of contact after 6 hours and snapped back with we are understaffed what do you expect. At that answer We were floored and said so my dogs been here all day and has not even been seen? Never mind just get my dog. The receptionist turned around went back to get Snoopy and threw the leash at us not handing it to us or apologizing for the lack of contact after 6 hours or that our hurt dog was left in a kennel 6 hours in pain and not treated. Anyone who knows me knows I am not going to let this go so when we returned I called this vet office and asked for a call back. This vet left a voicemail on my fiances phone defending his receptionist behavior, still unapologetic or apologizing for non communication and leaving our dog unseen all day in pain. To make matters worse Snoopy appears traumatized and it is clear he was not let outside to use the bathroom so now a spa day is also on order. Stay far away from Arlington Pet Clinic. They don't care at all about you or your pets. Open to recommends of doggie groomers and vets though for our Snoopy. read more

I was reccomended to take my cat in since he has been sick and lethargic and not eating, and our normal vet couldn't see him for another week due to Covid regulations. I wanted them to do some bloodwork and give him antibiotics if needed. They did an xray instead, with an additional photo, gave him a shot of antibiotics as well as some for me to take home, then charged my partner and I 722 dollars for the visit. We were told that the x-rays would be sent to a professional and we would hear back within the next day about the results. We got a call two days later from the vet who worked on my cat, saying that the xray showed "a tumor, fluid, pus or blood" in his abdomen, that he wasn't sure which it was, but could send them to that professional for an additional fee. I thought that was what we were charged for initially? Why would they charge do an xray, then charge more to interpret the results? He also said he wanted to test for FeLV, and then stressed that my cat would need "therapy" after but couldn't specify what that therapy was. The vet was very pushy over the phone and it was hard to get him to slow down enough for my partner or I to ask any questions. The FeLV test they wanted to run was about 95 dollars, he said, over twice the price of our regular vet. At this point I am taking my cat to his appointment with our regular vet on the 21st for a second opinion, as well as the bloodwork I had initially wanted. He is still lethargic and not eating despite being on antibiotics. I'm thankful that they gave him the shot, hence the 2 stars. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this vet. I wouldn't even call it a vet as they have ZERO care for animals it makes me sick. Our normal vet is booked out 3 weeks and our cat had a UTI. It wasn't an urgent emergency but it also couldn't wait 3 weeks. So our vet recommended us to go here. I have a toddler so I arranged childcare knowing there would likely be a long wait before being seen since it's first come first serve. I live 30 minutes away so I left at 8:30am and got there upon opening (9am). There was already a line with 4-5 people with their dogs. I stood out in the cold for an hour and a half. They only allow two people inside because of covid so they make everyone else wait outside. I finally get in and nobody was very friendly I was just handed a piece of paper to check in. It asked some strange questions like how much i was willing to spend. I thought "well it depends on what we are doing." So I left it blank until I could discuss with the vet when we went to the back about our options. Well after signing the paperwork some lady came up to take my cat to the back and she said "okay it will just be a few hours" umm.. nobody told me I was dropping off my pet. If this is all drop offs... why did I just wait in line for over an hour? Anyways so I said "Ok well she hasn't eaten or drank anything because I came first thing this morning...she also hasn't gone potty (I assumed they needed a full bladder for a urinalysis) and I have a baby and I live a ways away so please keep in touch." And she looking at me blankly and said ok. Fast forward to 3pm and I still hadn't gotten a call. It had been 5 hours. I called and left a voicemail politely asking when she will be done. No response. I call. And call and call. For about 45 minutes of no answer. I start to get a bad feeling and look up reviews for this place and to my horror... I see they have awful ratings and other people sharing the same experiences! I called my husband and he said to just go and pick her up. I strapped my baby in and we raced to the vet and I got there at about 4:30pm (mind you they close at 5pm) and I see a receptionist just sitting at the front sorting receipts. I said "I'm here to pick up Sasha. I'm not happy so please grab a manager." So the manager comes to the front and says "Okay so the vet just saw Sasha and she's not cooperating and he wants to sedate her." And I said "Well yeah no sh** shes upset, she's been locked up ALL DAY and you're just now seeing her?! Have you even let her out to get a drink of water or go potty?" And she gets defensive saying there were emergency surgeries and Sasha was at the last of the list and it's al first come first serve. First of all, why are they taking emergency surgeries if they aren't an animal hospital. Second of all, i find it hard to believe Sasha was at the bottom of the list when I got here first thing in the morning. So after me expressing how upset I was she said I can pay the exam fee and take my cat and leave. And I said I would love to have my cat back. There's no way these people actually care about her and I don't want her getting anything done with them. So they gave my my cat back and I was charged the $45 exam fee. I imagine they saw me walk through the door and quickly pulled her out and saw she was upset and decided to charge me $45 and call that an 'exam'. So we left and my poor cat still has a UTI and spent all day locked up with these people who don't even care about animal. You can just tell when a clinic actually loves animals because they will smile and maybe say something nice about your pet or pick them up and pet them... yeah not this place. You can tell it's all about money for them. I told my groomer and my regular vet to never refer people here and I will forever share how awful these people are. They were very communicative and up front with the cost, as well as home after care. Took my dog in to get a refill on medication waited an hour and a half to be told they wouldnt see her because they were full but yet wouldnt refill her meds unless they did an eval on her. I understand that this is a walk in but if a patient of yours whose been coming there for nine years spent thousands of dollars at your facility you think they would at least make sure your dog is taking care of. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I could not get in to see my regular vet and their office recommended this place. I've gone to walk in clinics before and usually you wait and then see the vet. This place had me leave my cat there. She had an eye problem but other than that was very healthy. I dropped her off and was told the doctor would call me when she was seen. 3.5 hours later I was called and told she may have a detached retina and he said she was sore around her kidneys and back. She was not sore before I took her there. He claimed my cat could not see at all which is false. He also wanted to do some blood tests and would have one of his office people call me shortly with the price. He was abrupt and did not seem to want to answer questions. The call did not come shortly. An hour later I called them and was told it would cost over $400. I said no to the blood tests and asked when I could pick her up. When I picked her up she was hissing and scared. That is not like her. The front desk person could not explain the drugs that were prescribed to me and just said read the box that said to put a line of eye antibiotic in her eye. When I opened the box I found that they were drops so could not follow the directions given. My cat is traumatized and sore in many places. It took me hours to get her calmed down. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! They are not at all professional. Follow up: I called them today regarding the med mix up and was told they made an error and gave me the wrong drug. They claimed it was in the incorrect place. They wanted me to come back because what they gave me was not correct. I asked a lot of questions and got answers that made little sense. I found out that the doctor who called me was not the doctor who examined my cat. I said I wanted a refund and that if they refused I might seek legal aid. Shortly thereafter when I was not near my phone they called and left a message. When I listed it was Dr. Gowen who was obviously disturbed. He called me a liar, told me I was not welcome at their clinic and that he would personally make sure I did not come back there. He made all sorts of accusations and then gave me his "personal" cell number saying I should call him if I wanted to argue about it. This vet was the only place in the area that was accepting new patients without a two week wait, and our dog had a limp that was getting progressively worse. We got her in and they did x-rays, cold laser, and sent her home with pain meds. They said they'd call back with the x-ray results. Several days later my wife calls because she hadn't heard anything and they say, oh sorry, they are still working on it. The doctor will call you. Meanwhile she's running out of pain meds and still limping. Several more days go by. Nothing. My wife calls back. They tell her they never intended to send her x-rays off to the radiologist because they looked fine, and they had no intention of calling her back. They just left us hanging with no diagnosis and no next steps. Well we quickly took our business elsewhere, back to her old vet even though it was a far drive since we had moved. It's a good thing we did, because it turns out she has a nerve sheath tumor and will need her leg amputated to keep it from spreading to her spinal cord. This place might be fine for very basic vaccines and stuff but when it matters I would unfortunately not put my faith in them. :\ read more

If you have a reptile this is the place to go! Really really affordable. I drive 20 miles there and back just to see Dr Gowan every few weeks or so. They saved my leopard geckos life. He had a tumor the size of a nickel on his head that they removed and they have put a astonishing amount of effort for this little guy. A number of years ago we had an English Cocker Spaniel that tore all of his hair out from his chest to the tip of his tail. We took him to a dozen vets and never got any relief. Then we found Dr. Gowen. He examined Sammy and said that he had seen dogs that even one flea would drive mad. He prescribed a different flea medication. Sammy's hair grew back and he never tore it out again. Dr. Gowen has been our vet ever since. read more

Today I took my kittens here because we suspect one might have ring worm and I was unable to get them an appointment at our regular vet for a while. I waited in line and was finally inside to sign up. When I got inside I witnessed the receptionist be completely rude to the man in front of me. He told her that he would like to speak to a vet because he took his cat here for surgery and the cat is worse now and seems to be dying. The mans tone was calm and he was obviously concerned for his cat. The receptionist was completely rude to him and had no compassion whatsoever for this man who was on the verge of tears. He said to her that he was very upset and she replied by saying that they could call him and that he needed to be kind to the vet or nurse when he talked to them. It sounded like they performed surgery on his cat and he wanted them to fix what they did because the cat is now bleeding from its mouth and not eating and loosing weight. I could not believe how rude the girl was to the man. I left right away not wanting anything to do with this place. We started coming to this clinic back in 2014 because we had several cats and they were the cheapest because it was a start up clinic and exams at that time were only $18, now are $35. I have not been super happy with the vet but stayed because it was cheap. Half the time Dr. Gowen isn't there and there is always a rotating vet, usually a retired one, that is there instead. When Dr. Gowen is there, he talks WAY too fast and I have to have him repeat things. I feel like he just wants to move on to the next patient. The techs are occasionally in a decent mood but seem disgruntled a lot of the time. Well this latest issue sealed the deal in looking for a new vet! Our nearly 20 year old cat was having respiratory issues and stopped eating and drinking and was hiding under the bed. We knew it was time to say goodbye to her. I emailed the clinic on Sept. 9 and asked if we needed an appt (they are a walk-in clinic only) or if we could just bring her in to have her euthanized. I got a reply saying to call them ahead of time and let them know when we'll be there and they will have an empty room available for us. The next day I was too distraught to go, so my husband did it. He called them at 10AM and said he'd be there by 10:30. He showed up and he was made to sit in the lobby with our cat for 2 1/2 HOURS before he was shown a room!! 2 1/2 HOURS!!!!!! Do you know how agonizing that was for my husband who was there to put our cat down?! He had to sit in the lobby and field questions from other clients asking what his cat was in for! How awful for staff to not be caring enough to at least put him somewhere other than the main lobby. He would have much rather spent those 2 1/2 hours at home with our cat and not in their lobby. And to make him sit there for 2 1/2 hours in agony for a procedure that takes 5 minutes when I was told that a room would be available upon his arrival! Other people were getting their pet's nails trimmed or shots while he was made to wait. I'm sure everyone there would have gladly waited the 5 minutes it took to let him go ahead. That is a horrible way to be treated and that clinic needs to review their euthanasia procedure. I hope nobody else is made to wait to say goodbye to their pet! We had to wait almost 2 weeks to get her ashes back. I listened to my voicemail earlier this week from one of the techs and she was stumbling through her message. She told me I could come pick up Bubu's ashes. First she hesitated before saying our cat's name then called Bubu a "he" when she was female (they have done that several times before and it irritates me and they also pronounced her name as "Bubba" on occasion!). She then says that we can pick her up anytime before 5 through Thursday and then says up until 1 on Friday and mumbles a little bit because they MIGHT be closing early. Really? You MIGHT be closing early? You aren't sure??? Such ineptness! It's like all the techs that work there were at the bottom of their class or something! There's always hesitation or some unknown factor with them. Now that we finally have her ashes back we have severed ties with them and changed our vet. I used to come here until today. I have four animals, dogs, and they've always been treated well. One of the receptionists Suzanne has always been rather rude and abrasive but we figured with everyone else being so nice it was worth it. Until today. We called as our dog has a giant mass on his neck and was seen at their clinic on Friday, and it's grown and is leaking and painful for him. I called to see if results were in for him. She told me they are very busy and someone will call me at some point. I waited two hours and called back explaining what was wrong and she interrupts me by huffing and saying someone will call you and I said I understand that but I can't afford another vet visit is there a payment plan? She then says she going to place me on hold, comes back on the phone asks for my name and number that's she will call back and hangs up. Her tone was awful and it honestly made me feel like why would I take my pet to someone who doesn't have a moment to show decent manners or even care about my dog. I am sorry to have ever trusted this clinic with care of my dog and as long as Suzanne is employed at this clinic I'll never go back. She's the rudest receptionist I've ever met. read more

I highly recommend this Arlington Pet Clinic. Dr Gowen is very thorough. He truly cares about each animal he sees. You will always feel in good hands when you take your dog or cat here. I like the fact that you do not need an appointment. It is a walk in clinic. Yes the wait can be long, but it is well worth it. Sometimes there is NO Wait. On their website they even have a place where you can communicate with them day or night. They answer your questions very fast. I feel like I can always communicate with them. I like to write down my questions so I don't forget anything. You can do that and then when you go in for your appointment you can go over your questions. read more

This place is hands down AMAZING! I honestly feel like the dr and staff genuinely care about your fur babies here. I brought my senior dog in to get a tooth pulled. Well turned out she needed more than just one pulled. The dr and staff are so wonderful and worked with me and my budget. I was left in happy tears from their generosity and compassion. As a college student with many pets in my home. I need a place that is affordable and this place is along with a vet care facility that can do things efficiently. They did just that! Yes, I had lots of follow ups, I spent 500$ here but my babies are healthy and vaccinated. They solved problems that I couldn't solve myself (blood in stool, lethargic, underweight, etc.) I could have lost thousands at another vet but this place saved my babies and my bank account. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I waited for FOUR hours to actually get in, and once I got in, they took him back and didn't let me come with! Let it be known, I was taking in a hedgehog, which are kind of difficult to handle especially by someone who isn't the owner. When they came back an eternity later, they said to keep doing what I was doing and that nothing was wrong! If you look at the picture of his eye, it doesn't take much at all to see that something is DEFINITELY wrong. Not only that, but they told me that they "couldn't uncurl him to see his stomach" (he had some wounds on his stomach that I wanted them to look at). I came to this clinic because they specialize in exotic animals... so you're telling me that an EXOTIC DOCTOR can't even handle an EXOTIC PET?! I am absolutely fuming from this experience and can't believe I even had to pay for what awful service they had. First picture is what his eye normally would look like, second picture is from the first time I went in, and the third picture is after two weeks on the medication they prescribed for him. This clinic is beyond great! The Dr. and staff are extremely kind, helpful and informative. I can only speak to my experiences with dogs but the service here is hands down amazing. They have helped me twice now when my budget was tight and seeing my normal vet would really put me in a bind. I know what typical dental cleanings cost for dogs, and this clinic charges about half the rate (if not less) than most private veterinarian offices. They even have 3 tiered dental packages to choose from depending on your budget. On top of the 3 packages, they also have up to $350 max if extractions are needed. A private vet more than likely charges by the tooth plus difficulty of the extraction, which could easily cost over $350 just by pulling 3 teeth elsewhere. Their dog dental services are $105, $144 and $299 for dogs under 20lbs. To put this into perspective, a cleaning with my normal vet (no extractions) a year ago was $610 which included a $75 exam and bloodwork. If any extractions would have been needed, the estimate per tooth was $98. I can't imagine how many dog owners pass on cleanings due to cost alone. This clinic obviously cares and helps owners find financial solutions so their animals get the proper care needed. In my experiences with this clinic, I feel that the service my pets and I received is no less than what my primary vet gives...if not better! I am truly considering switching all my dogs over to this clinic as my primary. I love my animals but realistically, when things come up, I may not always have the immediate budget without impacting my other obligations. Thankfully there are options like here where I can still have my pets medically cared for without having a bill the size of my mortgage. I can't thank this Dr and his team enough!! I have and will continue to recommend this clinic to all my fellow friends that are pet owners!! read more

The clinic has changed visiting hours without notice to the public, and still show 9:00AM as start of visiting hours for walk in visits ON LINE. We showed up at 9:00 AM this morning with our dog, which has developed a sever swelling on the side of her face. The clinic refused to see her because they have changed walk in hours to 10:00 AM, because they are becoming too busy. We have been customers of this vet since 2001, traveling from Snohomish, when they moved their practice. Turning us away this morning was heart breaking, and rude beyond belief. Our dog is suffering, we have been good customers for years, and they have made no attempt beyond a door sign to let us know hours changes. Well we are going to help their crowding problem by seeking help elsewhere. If you are seeking wonderful caring help for your pets, I would suggest not going here. RATING: SUB-ZERO read more

READ THE REVIEWS, DONT RISK YOUR PETS HEALTH. Horrible experience that happened for no good reason. Went there last Friday with my cat who has an abscess on top of his head, I caught it early so I was able to bring him in to get looked at & drained, i was seen by the "vet tech" told him what it was he said nope that's not it but I don't know what it is so he tells me it's a chemical burn or some kind of bite. So he gives my cat a shot for the swelling & antibiotics & tells me it should go away. Me being an idiot trusting his "professional" opinion I listened to him but of course it grew much bigger & ruptured Monday morning before I went to work (worst possible thing to happen). 100% could have been prevented if he did his job, I took him there knew exact what was wrong they didn't drain it or do anything to prevent it from rupturing. So now I'm out $60 plus I called & told them they just told me how much it would be to bring him back in wow thanks too late now appreciate you wasting my time, money, & putting my cat at a huge risk NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN read more

Took my dog in for an ear infection at 10 am they said pick her up by 5 if they didn't call first OK. I get there are 4:50pm The nurse wouldn't come out would only talk to me on the phone mind you I'm in the lobby now. Said they had to get my ok before they could treat her. They (think) she has an ear infection I said "THINK" it the doctor going to look inside?? She said yes but we need you first to agree to a $278 bill. Ok do what you need to for her. They told me they would call when she was ready. 45 minutes later they called to pick her up. When I got her She was shaking ,crying and panting looked scared & confused. I figures she was on some good pain meds, once home I saw a very large (size of a half dollar ) rubbed raw swollen spot on her face. Called next day was told she didn't do good in the kennel ( why not call me ??) The nurse said she say a small dime size sore but thought nothing of it. They never said anything when I picked her up either. Was handed a bag with meds not told what to do except( follow what's written on the containers) didn't even see the Doc or Nurse just the receptionist. I wont be back read more
