Good chicken box... think its a lil overprice (4 wings n fries for 6.50) they need better boxes bc the box fell apart soon as we got home

Good chicken boxes! They served fresh hot chicke. And fries. I think the price is too steep for thwir chicken boxes but it was fullfilling. Maybe next time I'll try their subs

The chicken and regular French fries are so bomb! Every time I go there no matter the time of day, the chicken is absolutely always fresh!

I was enjoying time with my cousins who were visiting from out of town, and one of them made the reservations for us. I'm so glad she did because this place was truly a great choice. I ordered the omelet and a waffle, and both were amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. What really stood out to me was the service. We had reservations at 1:45, and since they close at 2:00, I was a little nervous about the timing. But they welcomed us without any hesitation, and we later found out the kitchen stays open until 2:30. That level of hospitality made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

We visited on a clear, warm day, and although I attempted to reserve a table in advance, I was unable to do so. Upon arrival, we were informed that brunch seating was capped and that we would need to dine at the bar rather than at a table. However, as we walked toward the bar, we noticed that there were at least 50 vacant seats throughout the restaurant. Even after spending approximately an hour there, many of those seats remained empty. Brunch was served à la carte rather than buffet-style. I ordered waffles, eggs, sausage, and coffee, only to receive a single waffle--nicely garnished but very thin, perhaps less than three-quarters of an inch thick--along with a plainly presented egg and sides. My husband and I ordered nearly identical meals, and the total came to approximately $87 before tip. While the quality of the food itself was good, the portions and overall value did not justify the price point. The staff was very pleasant and courteous, but the level of attentiveness and follow-through during service was lacking. After receiving our meals, we were not checked on in a timely manner regarding the quality of the food, refills, or any additional needs. The combination of sparse occupancy, limited menu offerings, and inconsistent service made the experience disappointing--especially when compared to nearby competitors such as Easy Like Sunday, which was packed both inside and outside, offered a broader menu selection, and did so at a far more reasonable price. To reiterate, CeCe's has a beautiful atmosphere and the food itself was enjoyable. However, the service and overall dining experience failed to meet expectations, making the experience ultimately feel not worth the cost. It's unfortunate because the restaurant clearly has tremendous potential. The best analogy I can offer is that it feels like owning a world-class Formula One car but failing to hire the skilled driver needed to maximize its performance. I would encourage the owners to visit their highly rated neighboring brunch establishments, along with other consistently acclaimed restaurants throughout the Baltimore area, and seriously reevaluate their current business model. With the right operational improvements, this restaurant could truly become a standout destination. Cece's is fairly new establishment, so I hope to see improvements in these areas soon.

Make sure to make a reservation. Weekend reservations are impossible. On a weekday, we were able to book same day. Top notch service. Accepts credit card. Their menu changes. We showed up for a reservation but had to wait. The staff was nice and gave us a complimentary charcuterie board. Tavern board (charcuterie board) - was really good. Nice spread of salami and cheese. It's a nice precursor to the main meal Roasted oysters- tasted fresh. There's extra condiments on top, I thought was excessive Oyster pie- pretty interesting. Oyster was fresh, the crust of pie was good. I would skip next time Hog neck clams-really good. Tasted fresh. The real winner was the sauce. The complimentary bread was used to soak up the sauce. The sauce was so so good. I would get this again for the sauce. Fish and chips- cooked very well. Great presentation. Scallops - were exquisite and cooked perfectly. My friend who had this dish raved about how good it was.

We've been here for casual date nights, Valentine's dinner, and the last time we came was for our friends renewing their vows after 10 years of marriage. That alone says a lot about the kind of place it is. It fits both everyday moments and really meaningful ones. What stands out first is the atmosphere. There's a warmth to the space that makes it feel inviting right away. It has a rustic, polished look with a lot of character, but it never feels stiff or overly formal. It's the kind of place where you can tell thought was put into every detail, but it still feels comfortable enough to settle in and enjoy yourself. For me, the experience starts before the food even hits the table. The space has a calm, intentional energy to it. It's perfect for slowing things down and actually enjoying your time, especially with someone you care about. The food is where it really separates itself. Everything feels carefully prepared and well thought out. You can tell they care about ingredients, and that always comes through in the flavor. Nothing feels thrown together or generic. The menu itself gets you excited before you even order, and the food lives up to it. What I appreciate most is that it doesn't just feel like a place serving food, it feels like a place creating an experience. The dishes have personality. There's intention behind them. It's not about being flashy, it's about doing things right. The service adds to that as well. Every time we've gone, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering. It makes the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. Another thing I like is that it feels distinctly Baltimore without feeling ordinary. It has a real identity to it, and that makes it memorable. My wife and I keep coming back because it feels like time well spent. Good food, great atmosphere, and the kind of place that actually stays with you after you leave. Overall, this is easily one of the more memorable dining experiences in Baltimore. Definitely worth it if you're looking for something that feels meaningful, not just another night out.

However, if you cannot tolerate the smell of smoke or have an upper respiratory condition such as asthma or bronchitis, I strongly advise against going. I did enjoy the concept of the space. Each group has its own private pod equipped with a television, overhead speakers, mood lighting, and comfortable seating, allowing you to have your own relaxed kickback-style gathering. The food available for purchase was good, though when I visited the menu was limited, and they had run out of dessert. That was disappointing; however, the owner was kind enough to comp us for the missing dessert, which I appreciated. Be aware that the atmosphere can get a bit rowdy, depending on the guests in nearby pods. There is also a BYOB option, which my group and I fully took advantage of. Unfortunately, I left smelling heavily of smoke in my hair, clothes, and even my purse absorbed the odor. I would recommend improved ventilation or the use of air purifiers or humidifiers in the rooms. I will not be returning.

I was prepared to overlook the deficiencies, until they declined to mention the private room upcharge, I saw it on the tab and asked. It's tucked around a corner. We went in the evening and it was dark. There was NO One to greet diners at the entrance, we had to look for people for help and resorted to asking other diners. The host/hostess area is dark and not clearly identifiable. The staff and owner are very nice. The owner directed the server to take us to a private room, since we were first time patrons, but failed to mention the upcharge, which was significant. It was a holiday, so the menu was pre-set with a flat charge. We had to ask, no one volunteered the pricing, it wasn't indicated on the special menu. The service was extremely slow, even for a holiday. We waited excessively for everything. It took more than a half hour for our dinner order to be taken, after we consumed our appetizer/salad. No check-in, no refill ask , but it was a holiday, so... But they were all very nice and courteous. The private room concept was awesome. I was planning to return with a larger party. There is a TV and music in the rooms, temperature controlled. Really nice concept. I would have let everything go and still returned to the facility, but for the failure to inform of the $100 upcharge, which the hostess did discount down to $50, because she "knew they didn't mention it" beforehand. It had happened before. Im really salty about that. That is a failure on the owner. My other safety concern is that the entrance should be better monitored/staff attended when patrons are in private rooms with limited to of line of sight to the entrance or open area.
