Until I looked at the reviews but I decided to give them a shot. I went in and the office staff was very kind. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that I was comfortable (my first apartment!) I recently moved in and was happy with it I have brand new appliances and there were minor issues that they fixed the same day. Of course it would be nice if it was a little cheaper but I am still in a comfortable range.

Word is that the apartment is getting a kickback from all the towings. Maybe it is true, maybe it isn't, but that is the word on the street. The issue is, they are allowing a crooked company to take advantage of tenants. This makes no sense considering the towing company charges over 400 dollars to get your car back.
