They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that I was comfortable (my first apartment!) I recently moved in and was happy with it I have brand new appliances and there were minor issues that they fixed the same day. Of course it would be nice if it was a little cheaper but I am still in a comfortable range.

Justt Towing tows your car, you go get your car and are only permitted to get it when you pay in cash, and then you are told no receipts. Word is that the apartment is getting a kickback from all the towings. Maybe it is true, maybe it isn't, but that is the word on the street. The issue is, they are allowing a crooked company to take advantage of tenants. This makes no sense considering the towing company charges over 400 dollars to get your car back. That could be put towards rent for someone. Hey Woodbrook, think about that. Renters, do yourself a favor and look for another place to live.
