I have not bought many items from Royal Farms, but the place always seems very clean and if you ask…read morethem to drop fresh chicken when you order it on the DoorDash app I like to pick up my food so I called them and they usually will have no trouble to cook my chicken fresh, which is a really great thing so our food is piping, hot and fresh and crunchy Last time, I called and they dropped it fresh and they were super helpful but this time I did not call because I forgot and the young man and all the staff were very polite and very kind and they just told me about the calling ahead to make sure it's freshly cooked. Only one part of the parking lot had a lot of trash and otherwise I was the only customer in there, but it seems like they have a good vibe and it's super clean and it's bright lights. The ambience is very tidy. I do not have anything bad to say except for the garbage that was not cleaned up outside. The main thing is the food taste good it's hot and it's cooked all the way through. I gave this location a four out of five stars because last time there was garbage on the parking lot facing the back exit to Larchmont Avenue. Otherwise, I would have given them five stars.

As it was our first time there, we weren't sure what we wanted and the order screen was moving a bit too fast. The older man in the chicken area (I say older bc the other workers were like 20) came around to help us, explain the sauces, the deals, and make sure we felt good about our order. He really went out of his way when he didn't have to. Plus, the chicken was pretty darn good. I'm a fan.

I will actively decide on a hoagie over other made to order foods if I walk in and see him there. Even though I show up during late hours when I know they just want to focus on overnight tasks, the crew here still always make me feel welcome and the coffee is still hot and fresh. Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

I stepped in and couldn't immediately spot what I needed - at first, it really just looked like any other convenience store. But a cheery voice from behind the register asked if they could help me and bingo! There were different trays of fresh fruit right there. The lead pharmacist, Kristen (I think thats her name) is absolutely the rudest pharmacist I've ever…read moredealt with. She constantly interrupts, interrogates, and makes the entire process stressful. When I went to pick up medicine, she asked if this pharmacy had called me. I said I believed so since this is where I always pick up from, and instead of just clarifying, she raised her voice at me saying that wasn't the question she asked. It was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. The other pharmacists aren't any better--they just let her do the talking while smirking in the background, which makes the whole experience even worse. Kristen rushes people, acts like you're lying, and treats customers with nothing but bitterness. I'm done dealing with her attitude and will be transferring to another pharmacy. If I had the contact information for the district or regional manager, I would absolutely report her behavior, because this level of rudeness should not be acceptable in healthcare.
