Honest, hardworking and reliable contractors do exist. We contracted with ARK for a full bathroom remodel, replacement of door trim and base molding on the entire first floor and garage door repair. We worked with owner, Jim Daly. Jim arrived for the estimate exactly on time and was professional, had great design suggestions and was respectful of our budget. Jim sent Rene and his crew to do the work. Rene and his crew also arrived on time every day scheduled. They were very mindful of protecting our things from debris and cleaning up every day. These guys came and wasted out 2 hours of our time to give us an estimate. After negotiations they sent two guys out for measurements and we signed a contract. The owner, Ken, went back on his word after his measurements (wth he took measurements before negotiations) and raised the price by TWO THOUSAND additional dollars. This is very un-trust worthy because you never know when he will go back on his word, whether its in the middle of the job or before ( what happens if in the middle of the job he changes the price on you, what choice will YOU have but to comply with is terms). We took three days off to prepare for the siding wasted two hours. read more

I had a 6' PVC fence put up in my backyard. I am very happy with the way it looks. They worked with me and my busy schedule. The workers were very nice and did a great clean up job. I also had gutters put up around my house. It made a big difference when it rained, it also improved the looks of my home. And again the clean up was immaculate. The price was right on the mark. They estimated that the Job would come in at roughly $10,000 and it only came out to $7,900, I was blown away at that. They said the Job would take roughly 3 weeks, they were out in18 days! Everything is guaranteed, and I trust the Owner Ken! I have 5 PHD's and consider myself a good judge of character (not to toot, my own horn), but I am no dummy; this company is the real deal! Pay no mind to the other review on here it is insignificant; the guy didn't even do any work with Ken. Use my review when making your decision, it is the correct way to go; thank you all! read more
