We followed up by multiple phone calls and messages only to be ignored and blocked because they knew they had done wrong. We only wanted the problem to be resolved. He texted be back a few hours later and gave me a quote.. He gave me a VERY FAIR PRICE.. I texted him back giving him some dates (Which was about two weeks out) that I would be available.. He texted back and we decided on a date. A couple of days before the schedule date, I texted him to remind him .. He texted back saying that he would be there. On the day of the removal, he texted me saying that he was on the way to do this project. It did not take him to long to complete this project. He also did things a previous guy said he couldn't or wouldn't do. I have some places around my 1.5 acres to dump what was cut so I didn't need a lot hauled off, just the small stuff from along the driveway. They didn't leave a single branch for me to pick up. I have more work I'd like done so when it is cooler in the Fall I will call him again. I also thought his fee was very reasonable. Outstanding job, highly recommend!

When he did arrive we asked to have 2 additional limbs from a tree in the back removed, he agreed for an additional $200, for a total of $2200, due at the time the job was completed. He moved my 10ft trailer of its cement pad into my yard, with the agreement that he would place it back when he was done. Halfway thru his work day Monday he asked for $300, saying his saw had burnt up and he needed to get a replacement. We agreed, as he had taken out about half the tree at this point. He was gone for about 2 hours, came back and finished delimbing and left the truck stating hed be back on Tuesday. Tuesday he, again, didn't arrive until almost lunch time. Worked for about 2 hours, then asked for another $600, saying his lift wasn't working and he needed to get it fixed. I sent my spouse out to deal it it this time, I think it was at this time that my spouse just handed over the remainder of the funds owed.. Johnny left his helper at the property to clean up for more 2-3 hours then came back, loaded up everything except the lift and left saying they would be back Wednesday for the extra 2 limbs and to fix the fence.. At 12:00 Wednesday I texted asking for an ETA for them to complete the job, got no response and they never showed. Thursday, when he knew we were working, he showed up at 2:00, loaded up his lift and left. Still no response to me text message. My trailed is still in the middle of my yard, the fence is still broken and the 2 extra limbs that we paid for to be removed are still attached to the tree.. definitely WOULD NOT reccomend!
