And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

That alone spoke volumes about the level of customer service. He also provided an estimate to repair the vinyl on my home, and later tried to renege on the work he originally agreed to perform.
