And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

In light of the fact that the job involved a metal roof, they wanted to get started early enough to alleviate some of the heat that was going to follow later that morning. In a sentence those guys "stayed after it!" From 8:15 that morning till 4 o'clock that afternoon they worked to remove both of the outdated turbines as well as facilitating better ventilation by cutting the ridge back 2". They replaced the decking where the turbines had been as well as the metal panels. In addition they replaced ALL of the original sheet metal screws (many were backing out) with new oversized screws and seals. All in all I was totally satisfied not only with the quality of work that ArLaTex Roofing rendered for this particular job, but also the work ethic that was exhibited, pricing of the job, their integrity and overall professionalism! He texted be back a few hours later and gave me a quote.. He gave me a VERY FAIR PRICE.. I texted him back giving him some dates (Which was about two weeks out) that I would be available.. He texted back and we decided on a date. A couple of days before the schedule date, I texted him to remind him .. He texted back saying that he would be there. On the day of the removal, he texted me saying that he was on the way to do this project. It did not take him to long to complete this project. The work was fantastic. They were very professional, respectful of our dog's grave where we had placed a wooden cross (someone placed a cross out of rocks on the site), all safety was observed not just for our home but the crew, and I can't even describe the cleanup. The crew cleaned everything up. There weren't any limbs nor debris of any kind and they even raked the area to help it look more uniform. My husband and I were highly impressed and whole heartedly recommend this company.

The entire team lacked professionalism throughout the process. Eddie would say one thing and then do something completely different, and it became clear that he has a very selective memory when it comes to what was agreed upon. I reached out directly to Eddie through a detailed text message expressing my concerns about the installation of my windows. He never responded--not even an acknowledgment. That alone spoke volumes about the level of customer service. He also provided an estimate to repair the vinyl on my home, and later tried to renege on the work he originally agreed to perform. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and reliability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend T&E Vinyl Siding & Seamless Gutters. Communication, professionalism, and follow-through are essential in this type of work, and unfortunately, they fell short in all three areas.

David is thorough and pays attention to detail. He made sure everything was perfect. Honestly, he was pickier than me and he was right every time. He did not take any short cuts or rush things like drying tile; nothing was overlooked. And, he stayed within the budget. Ashley is great. She jumped in to locate comparable shower tiles after learning the tile I selected would not be delivered when anticipated. Daniel was on site every day. He arrived on time every morning. The first thing he did every day was lay a cover my floors so they didn't track anything into the home. I appreciate the time and attention they put into making sure they put things away at the start and end of the day. The finished bathroom looks amazing. I am so happy with it.
