The lady was very professional and she explained that she would contact Mr. Aguilar and they would call me back with a time. Ten minutes after I hung up with her she was calling me back asking if the next morning would be okay since it was not raining. I told her that would be great. He was there at 9:00am. Inspected the roof and the inside for damage. He said the only thing he had seen was a nail that had backed out. He repaired it and was gone before 10am. They truly care about their customers...They checked back with us later to make sure it still wasn't leaking.

They stated they only provide a three-year warranty and unfortunately since I went through a Archulata Restoration, as the GC, there was no written documentation regarding the warranty. Yes, I was wrong to not get the warranty in writing...BUT now they look the other way.
