I spent over 15 minutes in that store just looking around, amazed at the growth. It's everything you may need, down to dish soap and toilet paper, I thought I saw as well. And Lisa was so amazing. I asked where I could find it and a female sales person pointed me down the last isle on the right, and said it was all the way down on the left. I couldn't find it, and I know what it looks like. I heard two people talking in an office right where I was standing, so I asked if someone could help me. They stopped talking and ignored me. It made me a bit angry, so I went to the front of the store and told the lady at the register what happened, and that I needed help finding the wine. She put her head down and said nothing. So, I said I'll just leave. I decided to leave this review, but didn't see the address on the side of the building. I went back inside and the same sales clerk was walking toward me. I asked what the address was, she told me and I walked out. I believe she knew I was leaving a review but didn't care. The store was empty and only one other car was parked in the front. Now I know why. Horrible customer service is happily sending me to another location.

We picked up a fun variety of craft and seasonal beers, along with some seasonal wines that I'm excited to enjoy. I love when stores have those limited-time fall selections because it makes shopping feel a little more festive and gives you a chance to try something different. And speaking of festive, their Halloween decor was absolutely adorable! The store had so many cute spooky-season touches that made the whole shopping trip even more fun. I'm a sucker for seasonal decor, so naturally I had to take it all in while browsing. Great selection, plenty of seasonal finds, and such a fun Halloween atmosphere. Total Wine definitely put me in the mood for fall!

I was shocked to find none of the coupons applied at the checkout. The checkout person was defensive, borderline rude and well armed with excuses. First blaming the android version of the app, then when I showed her the coupons were clipped, she unclipped them and reapplied them. Only 1 of the 3 worked when she updated the register. I put back one product as it was mispriced on the shelf anyway to start with. so onto the 3rd.... the defensive checkout person said.... 'thats for 750ml, you have the 700ml" So I said "its an European import and EU haven't allowed 750ml since the mid 90s and this is the only size you stock". So she applied the coupon. If you're going to make me scroll on a poorly compiled app, through 262 coupons and click the ones I need, probably a good idea for the registers to apply them properly and not have defensive staff with all kinds of excuses as why the coupons don't work.

When my family and I visited, we were the only customers in the restaurant, and although there were about five employees present, none seemed particularly engaged. A couple were smoking by the back door, a few were leaning over the counter, and one was sitting idly in a private room. That said, I'm giving this place four stars solely because of the quality of the pizza--it was absolutely amazing. Fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The only downside was the price--$20 for a small pizza felt a bit steep, but the taste definitely made up for it.
