Customer service at its worst. You're lucky if you're acknowledged and greeted. Most of the time, employees seem to be pissed off. They are rude to DoorDash drivers, are NOT considerate that time for them is money! They don't answer the doorbell for them, and when it's open, they're rude and don't even pay attention to what you grab, for all they know, you can just grab any order and leave. I was in the Goodyear BevMo store today and witnessed the most abhorrent treatment of a staff member. One of the staff, named Jason screamed at the top of his lungs at another staff member. It was actually embarrassing to hear anyone, but especially a man speaking to a woman like he did. He was extremely unprofessional on his part. BevMo is usually my choice because of its location but if this is the kind of treatment your staff thinks is acceptable, I will be taking my business to Total Wine. We visited BevMo yesterday to pick up a few items. It's not a ton of liquor stores where we are so this was the closest one. So glad we went there. They had everything you needed as far as adult beverages. They sell wine, liquor, drink mixers, water, all sorts of beers, single serve drinks, snacks and gifts. The cashiers were friendly and we got a membership card which provided a small discount, not sure how much because my husband paid. They even had cool items I've never seen before like a little pouch of bourbon to-go and Jim Bean Budweiser. We may go again before we leave town if we have time. read more

I ordered some wine through UberEats and when the delivery time had passed, Uber recommended me to call the store to receive an update on my order. When I called, the person who answered said ".... Hello? " and I was thrown off for a second because I wasn't sure if I called the right place or not. I was expecting "thanks for calling BevMo how can I help you" or at least "this is BevMo". This is a great location and carry all kinds of drinks. If your like my husband who loves IPA's they always have the tastiest treats for him. Staff is wonderful and so helpful, and the best part is most of them there really know their stuff about beer and offer some great selections. I carefully shopped for wine/champagne that had the yellow tags which means, buy one, second one is 5 cents. I was surprised when I got my total but thought it must have been the nuts and other things I bought that added up....unfortunately I didn't look at my receipt until I got home. They charged me full price on my selections instead of the buy one get one 5 cents. I called Tyler the manager there and he told me what I got isn't a part of the savings program. Honestly, we came in here to get some vodka and to leave but the cashier was super super friendly so I feel the need to do a review. Her name was Erin and she had the greatest personality.
