If I could give this store no stars I would. The manager kody was rude. I was informed that they price match everything all the time as I was shipping so I matched the items I was getting. I was ready to check out as they told me to hold had me waiting for almost 20 minutes just to be able to check out when he finally was ready to check out he told me he looked up the price matching and couldn't find it as he didn't even know the items I was going to price match in the first place but I had the prices on my phone he then tells me after waiting the 20 minutes we don't price match those items could just be in sale when I tried to show him he didn't even bothered look. It's rude to waste my time and make me wait 20 minutes to tell me you won't even look at the items I have for price match why make me wait in the first place just to tell me no. The manager kody is rude and lazy and just gives an attitude as I am a paying customer and it's us paying customers who keep them with a job. We always go to this BevMo for our 5g kegs. It's kind of a pain to the staff to ask them to take the empty keg and have someone go back to the chiller for a new keg but they always greet us kindly and help us immediately. They even help us out with our heavy purchase and always load it into our truck. Every time! Never had anything but a super friendly experience, even with new trainees who don't know what to do yet. Their keg selection is the best around but they will order anything special and usually have it in just a few days. If you like tap beer, this is the place to go. read more
