Might have been a gimmick, i dunno, but I know that there's mos def no claim to be selling items at anywhere near their 'cost'! They are a no frills liquor store, so don't expect much in the way of C-store munchies and such, but they have tons of liquor of all types. Even if you end up paying a little more, they'll likely have what you came looking for. Walker's came through for me on a late night run after the markets were closed (the all night trend seems to have died out) and had 3 different Stone Brew sixers for me to choose from among. I drove home with my IPA and enjoyed it heartily enough to soon forget about dropping a ten-spot on it. There's no elitism going on with the pricey microbrews; if a liter of Mad Dog in a paper bag and a porno is your thing, i'm pretty sure they have that, too.

We picked up a fun variety of craft and seasonal beers, along with some seasonal wines that I'm excited to enjoy. I love when stores have those limited-time fall selections because it makes shopping feel a little more festive and gives you a chance to try something different. And speaking of festive, their Halloween decor was absolutely adorable! The store had so many cute spooky-season touches that made the whole shopping trip even more fun. I'm a sucker for seasonal decor, so naturally I had to take it all in while browsing. Great selection, plenty of seasonal finds, and such a fun Halloween atmosphere. Total Wine definitely put me in the mood for fall!

Very odd check out experience After struggling through then…read morechoppy app to click all the 262 coupons to find the 3 we needed for a small shopping trip. I was shocked to find none of the coupons applied at the checkout. The checkout person was defensive, borderline rude and well armed with excuses. First blaming the android version of the app, then when I showed her the coupons were clipped, she unclipped them and reapplied them. Only 1 of the 3 worked when she updated the register. I put back one product as it was mispriced on the shelf anyway to start with. so onto the 3rd.... the defensive checkout person said.... 'thats for 750ml, you have the 700ml" So I said "its an European import and EU haven't allowed 750ml since the mid 90s and this is the only size you stock". So she applied the coupon. If you're going to make me scroll on a poorly compiled app, through 262 coupons and click the ones I need, probably a good idea for the registers to apply them properly and not have defensive staff with all kinds of excuses as why the coupons don't work.

We started off by picking out a few bottles of wine on the liquor store side. They kindly chilled it for us as we wait for our table. That was such an awesome perk! We def will be back here to try out different wines. (They currently do not have any gluten free options for pizza or charcuterie crackers/bread)

It made me a bit angry, so I went to the front of the store and told the lady at the register what happened, and that I needed help finding the wine. She put her head down and said nothing. So, I said I'll just leave. I decided to leave this review, but didn't see the address on the side of the building. I went back inside and the same sales clerk was walking toward me. I asked what the address was, she told me and I walked out. I believe she knew I was leaving a review but didn't care. The store was empty and only one other car was parked in the front. Now I know why. Horrible customer service is happily sending me to another location.
