The on line check in process is bad!!! The young lady at the…read morereception area is very cordial and tries to be very helpful. They want you to down load everything but do not have a WiFi connection in this facility????? I witnessed so many elderly patients trying to check in and having major problems with the on line process???? I have tried numerous times to log in myself and it doesn't recognize my phone number with patient info???? Wait, wait, wait, if I ran my business like this office does we would have been OOB, in less than 6 months. The Staff does their best I believe it's just over booking , check in processes changing and lost records. Checked In at 11 am for 11:15 Appt, it is now 12:30??? Did everything on line but one thing, didn't download my Drivers License???? They took my Co-Pay with "NO" Delay-Interesting, Right? Parking lot is in terrible condition, needs repair and surfacing badly. The reason for the 3 Stars is for the staff, ( the young lady at the front desk was assisting an elderly couple which I really respected-Nice Job) but something needs to change in scheduling, Check In On Line and being seen by a Dr. once checked in-50/60 time delay is not the way to run a clinic.

NEGATIVE STAR NEGATIVE STAR NEGATIVE STAR!! Worst experience…read moreever with Dr Stern and the whole practice, all the way to the front desk! He has absolutely NO bedside manner, unnecessarily rough with his examinations, and just very rude and dismissive about any concerns the patient has. Front office staff is extremely unprofessional and doesn't even welcome you upon arrival. Not surprising I guess with Dr Stern being their leader. Wish there was a negative star option! Literally go anywhere else!

I posted a review of this Arizona Preferred Surgeons & Dr. McClary, 2+ years ago. And still today,…read moreI have nothing but the utmost respect for ALL the surgeons within this practice. As well as the staff. They all mean the world to me. They saved my life (more than once) in so many ways. Not just with my health, but the emotional overcoming of what I experienced. They have ALL (from front desk to MA's, to PA's, NP's, Surgeon's, Office Manager, etc.) touched my life and my family's life. I am a 36 year old wife with four beautiful children. My two oldest (daughter & son) are old enough to remember the "me" I was before all the surgeries and hospital stays. Which I spent more time in the hospital than I did at home. The older two children can remember every moment of every scary experience. Even one's that I myself am unable to remember. But my two littles, (daughters), don't remember the days that mama was able to hold them and sing to them, and do any & EVERYTHING with them. They don't know their mom who wasn't sick. But they are all four just amazing human beings. My husband had to go from being the fun dad to being the "do it all" daddy. And he's been wonderful about it. I still need to have a few more procedures and haven't been doing well lately. And there is not another surgical office that I would trust with my life, than this office. I'm a high-risk patient, and Dr. McClary is my most trusted surgeon and human being in general for my complications. But I have had the pleasure of seeing all the physicians within this practice. And I would recommend ANY & ALL of them! My anatomy is just a bit different than others lol! And Dr. McClary has been there from the start of me becoming a higher risk patient. Thank you to all who have read this, if you made it this far ! And thank you to Dr. McClary, along with THE entire staff! Everyone! Thank you, thank you!

AVOID. Lost referrals. Deny they accept insurance. They call me RE: referral - oh do not accept…read morethat insurance. Oh we operate multiple businesses here. Other biz accepts that insurance. Appointment goes OK - DOCTOR IS GREAT. Incomplete orders to medical facility. No pain meds @ Rx - another follow-up. Another call to schedule follow-up appointment - forgot to schedule. Unsure if this is "in play" here, but more and more medical practices are nothing more than shells macerating for some conglomerate. Doctors are employees without any ownership or oversight for the staff. Staff turnover is horrific with least cost apparent. There is a valley urology multi-location practice than worse than this. But my opinion a race to the bottom.

I went to Dr. Nelson for my vasectomy earlier this month (7/18) after I was told he was excellent…read moreat this procedure. I had heard some horror stories from friends about vasectomies gone wrong, so I wanted to make sure I chose my doctor carefully. Dr. Nelson did not disappoint. He was thorough during the pre-surgery consultation and really helped me to understand what would happen each step of the way. He took time to answer all of my questions and to address all of my concerns. His staff were welcoming and did a great job at helping me to feel at ease. The actual procedure was exceptionally uneventful. Where others had told me it felt like getting kicked in the groin by a horse, I can honestly say that I felt almost no pain at all. The initial shot of local anesthetic was about the extent of my discomfort. I asked Dr. Nelson what makes his vasectomy procedures better than some others beyond just the end result. His answer was 1) How quickly the procedure is performed (15-20 minutes and he was done), 2) the amount of pain felt during the procedure (again, I truly felt only slight discomfort at most), and 3) discomfort/swelling during recovery (my recovery was not an issue and I felt better much more quickly than I expected). I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone considering a vasectomy. You will not be disappointed.

Some people writing bad review about office job or front desk, but I'm writing about the quality of his work, he is a mediation! Smart doctors don't have time for talking, talk is cheap - better results after operations! And he is the one smart talented doctor. I'm foreign and I moved to Arizona for help from Dr. Roscoe and he did help to us. .

First the time notice, I have no time to make another appointment, second he has been with this doctor for more than a year with the same insurance, third the person that call to inform us of this was very unprofessional and basically said that because they are having a problem getting paid from the insurance company which is not a patients issue. Money over patient care. What happened to the oath of do no harm, by not able to keep this appointment he is at risk for infection. First give more time to find a replacement, second train staff to talk to patient with respect and dignity, third do not take it out on patient when issues are over money and insurance company.
