We were able to find granite for 2 rentals in their bone yard which saved quite a bit and had to choose slabs for our last project. I had them cut out for my sink in the kitchen. They used no plastic to cover anything. Our beautiful home was covered with granite dust all through the furniture all over the furniture all over all the knick knacks in every shelf and every cranny. Very very unprofessional. Promised a cleaner would be sent out we had to wait three days for that. Never happened. read more

This is my first experience installing a countertop and I chose Arizona Granite Pro for their good review on Yelp. However, my experience with this business has been a mixed signal. GOOD: The work quality and pricing are very good and competitive. BAD: The communication is very bad since the very beginning and this issue keeps repeating throughout the entire process. Firstly, they told me to go to the Granite provider vendor to pick the granite I prefer. However, they failed to inform me that I have to put in a Hold order for that slab. They only realized that I don't have a hold order after I already PAID for the material. This resulted in another trip back to the stone provider vendor, and I live 40 miles away from that vendor. Thankfully, after that, the experience was a bit better when Crystal explained to me the right process and confirmed all the time and date for the process, Elsa came for the formal estimate and was able to answer all of my concern. Ricardo was there for the final measurement and was very courteous to ask if he could come a bit early. Unfortunately, the installation step wasn't a pleasant experience. I confirmed multiple times that the installation time will be between 1 and 3PM on the day. However, they came 50 mins early at 12:10 to do the install. They called me and asked when I can be back with zero mention about coming early ahead of the scheduled time and why there has NEVER been a call to ask/inform if they can come early. That is not professional business practice! Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided, just wish the process can be communicated better and less hassle read more

If you are looking for a granite or Quartz fabrication company, I urge you to PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FIRST. I have personally been flipping homes in the valley for over 17 years and have been involved in real estate for over 20 years. With the current pandemic situation, I was looking for a fabricator that could come out and fix an issue with a previous quartz counter install from one of my subs. My current sub lives in Rocky Point and legally can travel back and forth and do work here in the states. He has done fabrication work for us in Puerto Penasco as well. Due to the pandemic he was unable to come up for a repair. I contacted a few other fabricators who either didn't want to touch the job because they felt it wasn't worth their time or said they were unable to do the repair but would gladly price out replacing the quartz counter. Through online research I came across Ricardo with Arizona Granite Pro. Ricardo came out to the jobsite in Paradise Valley at no charge and "get this", showed me how to do the repair myself. I asked what he would charge and it was extremely fair as he already had a trip out and would need to send two guys back out to do the the repair of a 9' failed laminated mitered quartz edge. I informed him I wanted a professional to do it as I didn't want to have to do the repair twice, Though I'm hands on at my renovations I know my limitations. His guys came out a week later and like magic the mended quartz repair was done and believe it or not it looks better than the original install. I will not hesitate to call Ricardo for our next house renovation project or new builds as these are honest professionals you can count on. They responded quickly for scheduling a quote and when they came to my home, they measured and gave me a quote. There was no pressure at all. I then had some options they provided me of where I may want to find the granite I wanted. I went to one of their suppliers and had a great experience there.
