We had to take our wheel-chair bound 93-year old Dad in to take care of toothache. He is always very nervous when seeing dentists, but Dr. Sandra and her team did a marvelous job of fixing his tooth and were also able to clean his teeth during the visit. I've been going to Aristo Dental for almost 10 years. They are great. I've worked with virtually every dental hygienist and both dentists and they are terrific. Everyone is caring and helpful. They have been great about my teeth and have never recommended an unnecessary procedure, which was something I had been worried about after having a bad experience somewhere else. Ivan is my dental hygienist and he is extremely kind and knowledgeable. They have also referred me appropriately to an oral surgeon when I needed it for my wisdom teeth. Very nice place. This would be considered the Mercedes Benz of dental practices. Very high tech equipment, very professional and friendly receptionists, very clean and modern office, and very thorough and nice dentist. I saw Dr. Sandra and really liked her a lot. It was a very good experience and how many people can say that about going to the dentist? Appointment availability is not as great as I would have liked... only because I work full time and usually try to find providers who are able to accommodate me outside of work hours. I found this office a couple weeks ago. Lily who works the desk is a sweetheart. So far I've met two dental assistants and Dr. Sandra. They all are absolutely amazing. Dr. Sandra was so gentle and talked me thru the extraction process. The assistant..I forgot her name. She told me to hold her hand while my tooth was being pulled. In all my years of going to the dentist. No one has ever offered to hold my hand during an extraction. Family friendly. They truly care about you as an individual. I've been a patient at Aristo for about a half a year now, and I do have to say I enjoy it.. This definitely means something since I usually HATE going to the dentist. There was a point in my life I didn't go to the dentist for a good couple years, and when I did end up going to Aristo, they didn't make me feel bad about not going to the dentist or embarrassed. They were simple friendly and very professional. I really liked that they didn't make me feel bad and they just really seemed to care about my well-being. I was also very surprise that they have such high-tech machinery. They have computer screens that you can look at when you get a chance to peek. They show you everything they are inputting in their own computers, no secrets or things that they hide from you. Also, it gives you a visual when they do tell you what they thing is going on with your teeth, gums, etc. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends and family members. As a matter of fact, my whole family has started to come here after I told them all about it. read more

They were trying to provide excellent service as I was new insured patient and expressed I wanted a new patient cleaning. They got me in next morning. I obliged and did all the forms. Someone had cancelled. The staff was welcoming when I came in and led me to hygienist. She took over half an hour to do all photos and x rays. Then she whispers to me if I'm aware that I won't get cleaning as she only had fifteen minutes and another patient. She said the front desk girl should have told me on the phone day before. I was never told that. The main dentist came in claiming new patient exam takes longer which is understandable but you shouldn't have performed a bait and switch!! It was a 7am appt that I made it to with all the pre-work/forms done prior. Trying to be a decent patient and it's not like I don't work either. I didn't wake up just to get X-rays done for half an hour at 7am! Dentist was insistent office manager told me and wanted me to talk with her privately. That's not gonna rectify anything unless you sincerely apologize and offer immediate solution that's accommodating. They tried to tell me later they will open a spot next week but why would I go back?? Office should have been transparent on first call that appt won't be complete and split. The dentist was acting like they did me a grand favor by getting me in because everyone is using their insurance and so was I. Talk about having bias because it was first time using my new dental insurance! Had I known they were that slammed they should have offered me appointments on first call in January or whenever they had it so I could weigh my options. So now I got half an appt that they can bill the hell out of my insurance and said they won't bill till cleaning is done weeks later. I could have gone elsewhere! Complete bait and switch and unprofessional. Try to warm up to consumers with being nice and "accommodating" but that's not the case. I'm appalled. I'm a business person too so it's not like I didn't have to work around my schedule. Simultaneously, I've been in customer management positions before where I've had to Diffuse issues and you definitely don't start by blaming customer and defending team. Very sensitive to the need for isolation for patients. They also purchased standalone air breathers (2300+ dollars each) for their staff who are in close proximity to patients so there is zero chance of infection spread from staff to patient or patient to staff in my opinion. Ugh this place is awful. The dentists kept trying to make me do laser cleaning, which is not FDA suggested. One of the fillings I got is now painful and I probably need to get a root canal because they didn't do it well. Been going here for over 10 years and customer service was great and they accepted payments and were very flexible. Things have changed and staffed has also changed for the worse. Canceling appointment 24 hours before gets you a $75 fee, incorrect billing, incorrect treatment codes sent to insurance company for billing, You call receptionist and they have smart attitudes and actually laughed at me when I asked questions on why I would be charged $75 for rescheduling appointment when my appointment is not till 24 hours later. What was great about them has been diminished to the worst. Im sure others will be leaving this dental facility as I am too. Just sad cause they were so great. No option for 0 stars. read more

Became a patient (as did my entire family of 7) when our dental hygienist moved to Aristo Dental. We would go completely out of our way to follow Ivan. He does an outstanding job cleaning our teeth. We've never experienced anything like it. And clean teeth means healthy teeth. We have found that both dentists are very professional and have great personalities. It's fantastic to be confident that your dental health is in good hands. The dental office has high tech equipment and offers the latest state-of-the-art dentistry. Customer service sucks!! I visited Aristo Dental for an LBR.. Ivan is good at what he does but I wouldn't go back here because of the poor customer service and poor billing services. Sharon at the receptionist desk, is very rude and is extremely capable at making racist remarks with a huge smile on her face. My first visit, she called my husband a cab driver - I don't get it why being a cab driver has to be an insult and why every one from my origin HAS GOT to be a cab driver..Maybe they just won't treat you if you drive a cab for a living - I did not see the humor in this but apparently Sharon did because she had a good laugh about it. They are also very poor with billing. More often than not, they make a mistake in billing the customers. This happened more than twice during my visits. After my treatment in each visit I pay the amount due - a few weeks later I receive a bill due to their mistakes on submitting claims to my insurance. I called to ask about this. When there has been a mistake in billing, the least you can do is apologize to the customer and explain what caused the discrepancy. Not with Sharon. She rudely insinuated that not understanding how the whole insurance companies works is my fault. Its a shame that there are people like Sharon who are arrogant, do not have a right manner to talk to customers and find it funny to make racist comments.' Very Disappointed from the customer service I received when I went in for a tooth Extraction ,

A year ago, I would have given the place 5 stars. The Doctors are very nice indeed, but lately they have stepping aside when their work is done and letting the dental assistants finish up. We understand they have other patients to see but we aren't made aware that they are leaving or given a friendly explanation and good bye. Don't get me wrong, their treatment when they are in front of you is very professional, but the work some of their assistants are giving still leave us in discomfort and they definitely don't show us the the care when handling the procedure. Appointments are hard to come by for working professionals. The office is very clean and makes you feel calm. I hope that some of the challenges right now are just growing pains, and that they'll return to being the top notch provider that we experienced when we first went in. read more

Aristo Dental is a great place for our whole family. Dr. Gio and Dr. Sandra are patient, gentle and great with our 7 and 9 year olds. They understand children because they have their own. Ida is great up front and helps you with any billing issues or needs, and returns calls promptly providing very friendly customer service. Ugh. Where to begin? I went to Aristo Dental for a cleaning and they told me I needed to have my teeth scraped up under the gums because I had gum disease. Even with my decent dental insurance, my cost was almost $600 across two visits to have the procedure done. Worried about my teeth, I agreed. I called the receptionist after the first visit to ensure that my insurance had covered the amount they said they would, and she assured me that I was all paid up for that visit and there was no issue with the insurance. I followed up the same with the next appointment and she assured me everything was fine and the insurance had paid. A week later, I get a call from her telling me that I owe an extra $200 because of an "issue" with my insurance. I reminded her that I had spoken with her several times to make sure my insurance covered it and she told me it had already been paid. She hysterically argued with me for a few moments, then said that she would write off the cost and for me to find a new dentist. Oh! And to top it off, after an exam, x-rays, and the TWO scraping appointments, they tell me I have 4 cavities and my portion of the cost would be almost $600! Why weren't they mentioned when the dentist went over my x-rays with me at my "consult" appointment? I wisely went to a different dentist who told me I only had 1 cavity - and with my insurance, it only cost me $16 to have it filled! My new dentist said I didn't have gum disease anyways. Stay away from this place like the plague. read more

The receptionist is very rude. Had no concern over husbands pain since original call. My husband has been in severe pain for 6 days. They have one appointment to fit him in a 7 am and the dentist calls in. They have posts on their FB talking about the horrors of the flu shot which is extremely unprofessional. They always try to sell you cosmetic treatments that are not needed. read more

I have been going to Dr. Sandra for a while now. This is the first time I went to a women dentist and I love it. She makes me laugh and she feels like a friend and seems to really care.
