I came with one problem and got another, when cleaning my teeth they damaged a filling, they just tore it off and brought in an infection, she prescribed antibiotics to treat the gums only after four days, but this antibiotic did not give an effect, at a repeat appointment she prescribed another type of antibiotic, and the problem had already gone down to the root of the tooth where pus accumulated, the temperature rose and I had to go to emergency. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. After that I started looking at forums and it turned out that there are many like me and many victims. I think she is not worthy of a dentistry license. read more

WORST experience of my life. Did simple check up and cleaning. Came in with perfectly fine teeth and gums. Left with gums literally bleeding, inflamed, swollen, and in severe pain. Literally felt them scratching my gums and making them bleed during "cleaning". Several hours later still in lots of pain. Have gotten this same service from many dentists for many years, have never had such a painful and horrible experience until now. I will NEVER be coming back here ever again. read more

This dental office accepted me on an emergency basis to re-cement a crown. I was initially quite pleased with the practice. This was my first visit. The office is clean. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I would rate Dr. Zwiercan, the dentist who saw me, as 4. He demonstrated a little impatience. but other than that he was courteous, respectful and the information that he gave me was helpful. He re-cemented the crown. As I was about to pay my bill, a woman I assumed to be Dr. Anssari, the owner, appeared. Surprisingly, she was very abrupt with me. She challenged the accuracy of my address. Then she added an extra charge without explanation. The total amount she charged was $315. There was no transparency of fees. Most particularly, her rude, aggressive and unwarranted confrontational behavior was totally unexpected and unprofessional. Within less than 5 minutes. I completely lost trust that I would be charged fairly and that expected procedures that were supposedly included in the charge (cleaning) would ever occur in future visits as compared to her apparent preference for high cost procedures. The woman's last, equally disturbing behavior was essentially an apparent attempt to intimidate me to schedule a second appointment to take place in two days, I presume with the expectation that I would (contrary to my wishes) agree to an extremely costly procedure that I do not want at this time. She did not offer information about anticipated charges for the costly procedure. Nor did the woman explain the purpose for a second appointment. Because the woman added the extra charge without explanation, the lack of transparency of fees, and particularly due to her extremely rude and confrontational approach toward me, I do not recommend Dr. Anssari's practice. Too bad, because my experience started out so well. read more

Dr. Inna Anssari is knowledgeable, authentic and caring dentist. She makes your dental experience pleasant - believe it or not... One thing that I've noticed is that she advises you ONLY treatments that are right for you for that moment. I've heard so many times "other professional opinion" about removing wisdom teeth.
