I have been getting facials and waxing services from Arielle for over a year now, and have recommended several of my friends and family to her as well (with great results!). I am always surprised by her ability to make me feel comfortable and relaxed during the parts that are inherently slightly uncomfortable (such as during extractions and waxing). She is also great at recommending products that work specifically for my skin, and tailors her services to each client. If something doesn't work for you, tell her. She'll listen and work with you to figure out why, and then will try a new approach. The main reason I will keep going back to Arielle is that she is one of the few estheticians I've met who's first priority is always helping you and your skin. I recommend Arielle and her sugaring practice to all of my friends. I first heard about sugaring from a friend who lives in Southern California. Curious, I wanted to give it a try. I'm SO glad I found Arielle! She makes it as painless as possible. She is gentle, thorough and effective. My results are amazing. I haven't suffered any of the usual reactions I have previous experienced with regular waxing. She has taken the time to explain to me the importance of caring for my skin, before and after sugaring and various ways of doing so. My facial with Arielle was one of the most pleasant cleansing experiences I've ever had. I have extremely sensitive skin so I have to be very careful about where I get my treatments done and what treatments I get. Arielle gave me a facial and sugar waxing on my eyebrows and upper lip. The sugar wax was very gentle and caused none of the extreme reactions I'm used to. Being 5 months pregnant, I'm extra hairy these days so I had Arielle do sugaring hair removal on my legs, underarms, and eyebrows. She did such a good job! I'm really happy with her sugaring technique: no pain, no chemicals, and it's way more gentle on my skin than waxing. She even took the time to remove some ingrown hairs which I had on the backs of my legs and couldn't reach. I'll definitely go back again. read more
