I called and was informed to set up an appointment online (Monday). I did so for the following day. The following day (Tuesday) I needed to change the appointment because I hadn't printed out the document I needed notarized. I called and left a message letting them know so, and went back online to change the appointment to the following day (Wednesday). I requested a 10:30am appointment both times. I received no confirmation for either appointment whatsoever, and no call back. Wednesday, no one showed up. I immediately called Paula's 24/7 Mobile Notary Service and they came the same day (today) in the afternoon. Arian the Notary is unprofessional and needs a better system when people make online appointments. Needless to say I will be using Paula's Notary Service from now on! read more

I was so shocked at how convenient Arian's services were. I was in a desperate and urgent situation where I had needed a public document notarized but did not know I needed it to be notarized until literally less than 12 hours before it was due. I found this business online and had my doubts about the "24/7" guarantee, but I called around 1am anyway and she answered right away. We made an appointment for her to come over to our house by 8am in the morning, but if I was not so tired she would have been able to come right when I called her around 1am which is crazy and amazing!
