yum yum yum! this sushi is truly fresh! i've thoroughly enjoyed each dining experience i've had here. the wait staff is very accommodating and the sushi is served relatively quick. they have some cute studio ghibli art on the wall, which i enjoy, and many booths for seating, which is great!

Went on October 16 to celebrate Boss' Day with work team. I ordered the Shrimp Yaki Udon, rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, stir fried in a yaki udon sauce, $18. The serving was big enough that I was able to have the rest for lunch the next day. The yaki udon sauce adds great flavor to the dish and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The decorations and restaurant is very calming and welcoming. The noise level was low and made conversation possible. Even though we went at lunch, they were not busy and placed the seven of us at one table, which was a little cramped. We should have asked to move to another area with more space.

We had a party of 13 come in and loved it. Seated all together. Food and drinks came out with good timing. Love our server Cece and Chef Tim is amazing! It's also fun that it's in downtown Celebration where you can sit outside and enjoy the bustling town and lake view. Sushi is crafted with care. Talented team and Delicious food!

I've been here twice, and I loved it! The food is incredible and the waitstaff couldn't be nicer (my waiter was a huge help in opening the ramune bottles). Great place!!

Incredible sushi spot in Celebration, FL! It's the perfect stop after a park day at Universal or Disney. My cousins, my sister and I stopped by after our long Universal day and it was perfect. They had such fresh sushi and sashimi. I definitely recommend ordering their Nigiri Set. The price is a steal for the quality of sushi you get. This is definitely my favorite sushi spot in Orlando that I've tried so far. We shared a bunch of the small plates and then ordered the Nigiri Set and a few rolls to finish out our meal. For appetizers my favorites were the Tuna Guac and the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). The chicken had such a delicious gochujang sauce and was fried perfectly. Tuna is my favorite so the Tuna Guac definitely stood out to me. The Man of the Year roll was my favorite since it had lobster tempura and wagyu. If you want a good dinner spot after a long day at the parks, definitely stop by, you won't regret it. The food was incredible and I'll definitely be back regularly! Don't forget to order some of their beautiful cocktails as well. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality. Go check them out! Drinks: - Pink Lady - Bai Me a Drink - Oyaji - Lavender Lemonade Tastings: - Hamachili - Tuna Guac - KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) - Salmon Carpaccio Sushi: - Man of the Year - Soft Shell Crab - California Dream

This is my favorite spot in Celebration downtown. A cute Japanese restaurant that has something for everyone. We ordered gyoza, 2 sushi rolls and the beef yakisoba. The gyoza was cooked perfectly with a nice pan fry sear and steamed perfectly to the bite. It had a great pork filling with a soy/vinegar sauce. My husband got the tnt sushi roll and the California sushi roll. The tnt had some crunch, heat, cool, it was just a bomb in your mouth. The wasabi was real wasabi and not the horseradish mix that some places get. The other roll was a California roll. The beef yakisoba was delicious. Egg noodles was cooked perfectly with a tangy sauce and the vegetables had a nice bite to it. Our waitress, Melia was great. She was so kind and checked up on us without being overbearing. Absolutely loved the food, ambiance and experience. The patio is also dog friendly!

My family just moved to celebration a few months ago and have been meaning to check this place out. We are able to walk to this restaurant so that's always a plus! We chose to dine indoors due to oncoming inclement weather. Service was fast and friendly. Food was decent, however I was disappointed with the Miso Soup. No tofu, mushrooms and just a tiny sliver of a green onion. The rolls were great, however the tempura in the tempura shrimp roll was barely noticeable in the main roll pieces. Key Lime dessert was good and came with tempura noodles covered in chocolate sauce. Prices were decent, especially for the area. I will be back here again and try the sweet sesame salad instead of the soup.

Wife and I were in Downtown for an evening stroll. New to the area wanted to try something different. Saw this place and dropped in for an early dinner. We sat on the patio and was immediately greeted by our server Tae. She was a breath of fresh air and an absolute delight welcoming us to the neighborhood. Being from Celebration she was able to give us a pleasant lay of the land. When we finally ordered we got the tempura. What a great plate. Lightly battered and the veggies were so delicious. If your in the area this is a place worth checking out. Stop by for the service and stay for the food!

I've been an enthusiastic customer of Ari since before its rebranding, and I'm grateful they didn't take my favorite items off of the menu. My usual order is the gyoza (pan-seared) appetizer and the beef yakisoba. Spending $26 can seem like a lot for two items, but the flavors are really out of this world! Every entree also comes with a miso soup or house salad with ginger dressing. There is bar, booth, and regular table seating inside. The outdoor patio also has smaller tables in a covered area. There isn't a private lot to park in, so I suggest coming early to either snag one of the few parallel parking spots outside or walk from nearby residential street parking down the road. They do take reservations and are happy to fulfill to-go orders. I've done it multiple times with great results, though keep in mind that some dishes are supposed to be served sizzling or on special hot plates. This may impact the quality of your experience. Just a quick note on customer service: love the staff and their kindness! My friend had a skin condition that would've acted up if we had left in the rain, but the staff donated their umbrellas to keep her dry and trusted that I would bring them back, which I did later that evening. It wasn't necessary, but it was very appreciated!!

I have come here several times. The drinks are refreshing and the food is always quick, and delicious. The wait staff has always been pretty accommodating and kind. I love to sit outside. The view of the street and community and lake are quite a site especially right before sunset.

Upon entering, I immediately noticed the dimly lit, intimate atmosphere of the small sushi spot. I asked a male employee if they did takeout and had California roll. While they did offer takeout, they didn't have the specific roll I wanted. He then handed me the menu which I briefly looked over. I decided to order the Hashi roll which consisted of tempura shrimp, spicy tuna, avocado, and scallions; topped with bonito flakes and spicy mayo, and drizzled with eel sauce. I received my order within 10-15 minutes. Once inside my vehicle, opened the container to partake of its contents. Even though I knew the sushi contained raw tuna, I tried it anyway. To my surprise, I actually liked it. The combination of flavors with a light subtle kick was delicious. I'm going to bookmark this restaurant for a dining experience next time I visit Kissimmee. The broth was rich and flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and the housemade, hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked and delicious. We also tried the Hokkaido cream waffles. They're less like a traditional waffle and more reminiscent of a Twinkie-style cream cake, but since we'd had Hokkaido cream desserts in Osaka before, it felt authentic and nostalgic -- and absolutely tasty. I'd order them again without hesitation. My husband had the dango sweet rice cake, which was very good, but next time I'd still choose the waffles for dessert. I say that to provide a frame of reference. This place is legit. I was kind of surprised a restaurant of this caliber exists inside Disney World, but now I know. (My wife, who is the Disney expert and enthusiast between the two of us, already knew.) Simply put, if you want to experience the best of Disney dining, Takumi-Tei is it. My wife said she felt like she had been transported to Japan. This place is truly authentic. All of the staff are from Japan. The format and atmosphere is that of a traditional kaiseki (Japanese multi-course) dinner. It's omakase only (essentially a fixed-price tasting menu here), though you can choose between certain dishes for certain courses (examples of which you will see in the Ichiyu-Sansai and Shii-Zakana courses below). I ordered the "Full" seven-course omakase while my wife, who can't eat as much as me, ordered the "Semi" four-course omakase. When it came to courses where we could choose from multiple options, we each chose something different so we could try more things. I like that Takumi-Tei gives you these options. Oftentimes when my wife and I have omakase, we have to order the same amount of food and she can't finish it all and we both end up overeating. Note: Takumi-Tei offers "Kiku" omakase which includes meat and fish and "Hasu" omakase which is vegetarian. Here's what we had: * Beverages Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Lysegron ($12) - sencha, green tea, citrus Japanese Beer Coedo Ruri Draft ($15) * Omakase Menus: one "Kiku" Full ($250) and one "Kiku" Semi ($150) Aperitif Course 1 (Full): Ichijyu-Sansai Sea urchin and squid temari topped with soy sauce jelly and wasabi Course 1 (Semi): Ichijyu-Sansai Crisp golden tofu with delicate silken tofu, served in white miso broth Course 2 (Full): Sashimi Bluefin tuna sashimi served with wasabi soy sauce and shiso leaves; kombu-cured sea bream and striped jack, with seared scallop, julienned vegetables, yuzu miso dressing and shiso blossoms Course 3 (Full) and Course 2 (Semi): Hassun Assortment of seven seasonal ingredients artfully served on individual small plates Course 4 (Full) Dobin mushi (broth steamed in a teapot) A5 wagyu meatball and an awabitake mushroom with yuba and ginko nuts Palate-refresher Sake Non-Alcoholic Cocktail - Okinawa Sunshine Yuzu Juice ($12) Palate-refresher sake before Omakase Course 5 Course 5 (Full): Shii-Zakana A5 Japanese wagyu steak with carrot and onion vinegar, maitake mushroom, cauliflower crispy fried spinach, and gold leaf (additional $35) Course 3 (Semi): Shii-Zakana Steamed alfonsino "Matsumae style" with carrot and onion vinegar, purple sweet potato puree, maitake mushroom, cauliflower, crispy fried spinach, and gold leaf Course 6 (Full) and Course 4 (Semi): Gohan-Mono Hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice) with shredded omelet; shredded shiso leaf and nori seaweed, wasabi, and bonito broth; assorted homemade pickled vegetables Course 7 (Full): Matcha and Kanmi Green tea accompanied by homemade Japanese sweet potato Mizu-Yokan with caramel whipped cream and assorted crispy chips After tax and tip, this meal cost $615.04. Expensive, but worth it for something so special and unique. The food and drink was phenomenal. Really creative, inventive, and complex flavor and texture combinations, outstanding quality, and absolutely beautiful presentation with an incredible attention to detail. We loved everything. In the final course, fresh matcha green tea was handmade at a tableside cart by our server (Cast Member) Eriko. She's from Fukuoka. From the hostess and host outside to Eriko in the dining room, service was exceptional. A nice touch was a handwritten note on origami by Eriko that came with our check. We liked Eriko so much that we sent her Cast Compliments in the Disney app. We sat in the Washi Paper Room. It felt very intimate because there were only two other couples the room. We got a lot of one-on-one attention. There are five rooms: Wood, Stone, Earth, Washi Paper, and the exclusive "hidden" Water Room (which serves as the private Chef's Table and features a waterfall with a $100 flat-fee upcharge).

I was very disappointed with our experience at Takumi-Tei. For a dinner costing over $650, I expected a true sushi omakase experience focused on raw fish. Instead, nearly every course was cooked, with only one piece of raw fish served. I consider myself to be an adventurous eater; however, had it been made clear beforehand, I would not have even considered booking this experience. The service also did not match the quality advertised. Our server disappeared for about 45 minutes, and despite asking multiple times, we could not get assistance. There were additional long delays before the final courses and before receiving the check. When the bill arrived, we were charged for something we had been told was included, and the interaction made us feel uncomfortable rather than accommodated. At the end of the evening, we were also stopped from leaving because an introduction was taking place. After spending over three hours there, we simply wanted to leave, especially after such a disappointing experience overall. Overall, the evening felt poorly managed and did not reflect the level of quality or hospitality expected at this price point. After the extended delays throughout the night, being prevented from leaving created an unnecessarily frustrating end to the experience and left us feeling agitated for hours afterward, which should not happen at this level of dining. I would have preferred the fantastic fish and chips in England for under $40 for two people. :)

Being foodie is a though job to find a good place to try and that will be good on high volume days…read moresuch as Mothers day. My partner surprised me with dinner with the family at Ilume. This place is beautifully decorated and located to enjoy beautiful views of the Disney Areas. Valentina was our server, she was prompt and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to clear any doubts and document allergies accordingly. The food was amazingly delicious from beginning to end. A bit of a hassle with little signage to guide guests. When you finally get there, that's when the unique experience starts. Friendly wait stop guided us to our table immediately. We got our orders promptly, it's nice to have the sushi kitchen in the middle of the dining room. The food looks like Art. Everything was presented beautifully. I posted some pictures before my party attacked the plates. We ordered a wide variety of food from sushi to a five Wagyu. This is a high-end/expensive restaurant. Hit me all of my expectations. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience an elevated Japanese menu
