CAPYBARA HOLIDAY FAMILY VACATION ADVENTURE DAY!!! The Fam were out for a capybara day and found Capybara Ramen only 12 mins from Showcase of Citrus, review coming soon!!! Review Preview: You can feed and pet capybaras here for 15$. You can also ride a Monster truck get a tour and see all sorts of animals. Great for kids of all ages. BACK TO THE FOOD!!! When planning our day we were very surprised to find 2 capybara things to do in Clermont Awesome day started!!! Finding Capybara Ramen was a bonus for our day. The kids love ramen and of course capybaras. Walking in the establishment the aesthetics are very fun, but one note with variations. The counter service was good. The Food: We got a few different things as this was our first time here and we always like to share a bite across the table at a new place. The two oldest got the miso ramen & Shrimp Tempura Ramen = $16.95 a bowl. The bowls were very small in comparison to most other ramen places we frequent. The cost is also higher in comparison to other establishments by 2$-5$. Depending on the ambience and location. They both said their Ramen was good, but pretty standard in taste. Nothing to make it worth the extra cost, their words, teaching em right!!! My wife and little one both ordered the Capybara Sushi for $13.95. They received 10 pieces of pretty standard sushi. We discussed it, but no one was really sure what made it a special signature roll as we all had a taste. The wife and littlest one liked the rolls, but didn't feel it was better than other Sushi places. The wife also stated it didn't really justify the up charge in comparison to other rolls they offer at around 8-10$ each roll. I ordered the Shrimp tempura it came out lukewarm and was good, but pretty standard and not as crispy as it should have been. It may have been better if it was brought out fresh & hot. I honestly think that was the whole vibe for everyone. The food was good, but not great enough to return for the cost. This is most likely a one and done for us. Food to Value ratio: Poor, we paid 87$ for our food & drinks for 5 and we were all still hungry afterwards. Not enough value in the flavor or portions of the food for the cost we payed to justify a return. This was our Experience!!! AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

Second visit, still wonderful! They drew on our lids this time! You will not find this level of service anywhere else. They're running specials online at least for now so I highly suggest ordering online. This time was a free rainbow roll with box or ramen purchase. Everything was as ordered when picked up for 3 people.

So yummy!! Came here on a whim and the store is sooo cute theres murals everywhere and capybara themed. We got tonkotsu ramen and a hamachi amarillo roll to share and the food came out quick and tasted delicious and fresh. It was just us on a saturday afternoon.

Our next family food adventure take us to Capibara Ramen and Sushi located in Clermont Florida with a category of 4.8 and more than 104 reviews this restaurant small but it has incredible potential. First is very clean and spacious only two persons one to get your order and other prepare, another thing you can see how to prepare your ramen or sushi with fresh ingredients. When you taste your order, your palate explodes, as each ramen is a combination of flavors that, when it enters your mouth, reveal an incredibly exquisite taste. I want to says to the chef Sira thanks for this amazing experience about Japanese cuisine is wish your restaurant get very soon the 5 star category because you deserves it along with his team. My Recommendation this what we eat Tonkot Ramen Miso Ramen Green Capibara Roll Red Capibara Roll Chicken Karaage Chef, you broke my expectations about all the ramen I've tried before.

Their service is great and their food is delicious. We ordered Capybara Sushi lunch special and the Tonkotsu lunch special. Both lunch specials included a side of edamame and a can drink. The ramen was good but it could use more flavor. I always enjoy the egg on a ramen and this was delicious! It's a nice place to grab a quick bite! Will be coming back again soon

This place is delicious. The ramens are the best and their sushi is REALLY GOOD as well. We just found this place not too long ago and it's a family favorite already. Service is really good and friendly and the food is unbelievable. Highly recommended.

Hands down one of the best sushi in the area! Fresh and quality ingredients. There is a limited selection however if you are a true sushi love this is the place for you! Pricing is amazing as well as they offer several different combo items

I really appreciated their attention to detail in checking in and providing suggestions along the way. They said the wings are the best seller, and wow, these were good. Great flavor, crunch, and size. Better than I dare say, Domu. The okay: honestly, the ramen. I ordered the birria. It was off from another birria ramen that I had at Morimoto's once. The beef was a little tough. I found the broth had some spices that didn't feel like birria to me. My husband said the pork in his ramen was flavorless. I think this is a place I'd suggest and may come back, but maybe try a different ramen.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the food just didn't deliver…read more Overall, everything tasted bland and under-seasoned. The sauces lacked depth--especially the mayo, which overpowered dishes instead of complementing them--and there was a noticeable absence of salt across the board. Even the ramen fell flat in terms of flavor. If you're someone who eats ramen regularly, you'll immediately notice what's missing. The birria was especially disappointing. It had an overpowering smoky aroma and flavor but none of the rich, savory depth you expect from real birria. It smelled strong but tasted hollow. The fried vegetables were very fresh, which I appreciated, but they were simply battered and fried with no seasoning, so the freshness didn't translate into flavor. The takoyaki (octopus balls) were mostly batter and breading, with only a tiny piece of octopus inside--definitely not what they should be. On the positive side, the eating area was very clean, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. That said, being charged extra for a refill served in a small cup felt unnecessary and off-putting. This place may appeal to someone who doesn't eat ramen often or is looking for something "different," but for anyone familiar with well-seasoned ramen, birria, or Japanese street food, the lack of flavor is hard to overlook.

You order at a kiosk when you enter, the process is quick and easy, and once seated they promptly bring everything you need -- chopsticks, utensils, and all the ramen essentials. The food comes out fast and is delivered right to your table. I ordered the Golden Ginger signature ramen and it was outstanding. The broth was rich and flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and the housemade, hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked and delicious. We also tried the Hokkaido cream waffles. They're less like a traditional waffle and more reminiscent of a Twinkie-style cream cake, but since we'd had Hokkaido cream desserts in Osaka before, it felt authentic and nostalgic -- and absolutely tasty. I'd order them again without hesitation. My husband had the dango sweet rice cake, which was very good, but next time I'd still choose the waffles for dessert. They also offer a nice variety of drinks and teas to round out the meal. I love the super fruit green tea. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the service is excellent, and the whole experience feels thoughtfully run. We'll happily be back.

The menu is straightforward and has a lot of good staples like rice bowls and curry. The beef don wasn't bad, and the curry was decent too. I think we could have used some salt or chili oil but didn't see any out. We went back the next day and turns out chili oil is $1.50 extra but it's good! I also tried the classic milk tea and thought it was not bad. They use powder tea so it's different than real brewed tea though. Orlando doesn't really do boba so I understand. The waffles tasted more like a cake with cream but it was fine and still tasted good!

I actually liked sitting there as it was like dinner and a show and the chefs and expediter didn't mind answering questions (like, oooh, what is that?). It's actually a pretty large menu for a ramen place so after we washed our hands with the warm towels provided, I needed to ask the server for suggestions. She asked what I liked and didn't like and then suggested the Tokyo, which is a garlic based chicken ramen. My husband ordered the Domu Wings and the Baby Bok Choy. Our meals were delicious and our server mentioned that the ice cream flavor of the week was Cinnamon Toast Crunch - yum! I decided to save the rest of my ramen for later so I could get the ice cream. I really liked how the server packed up the noodles separately from the broth so it would be easier to heat up later. The ice cream was much larger than I expected and had a sweet cinnamony flavor. The second time we went, I ordered the Thai iced tea - large - that I hadn't seen the first time since it is listed with the Sweets and Desserts instead of with the drinks. It's served in acute Fox glass mug. This time I decided to try the Yuzu Shoyu Chicken ramen. It was a lot lighter in flavor than the Tokyo and had a lemony flavor versus the umami that the Tokyo had. I'd probably say I preferred the Tokyo. The ice cream flavor this time was matcha, which isn't a favorite of mine, so I didn't order dessert. I wish Domu had some classic sweets always available instead of only the weekly flavor.

I love that the noodles are made in house so I wanted to try the ramen of course. I got the Richie Rich ramen which was tasteful but I wish you could choose to add some spice in it. Still great though. My sister got the tonkotsu with black garlic and she almost ate the entire thing. Also got some shishito peppers and that was also just as good as everything else. I kept seeing the lychee martini being ordered to I got that and it was as good as everyone mentioned. It does have popping boba at the bottom which I loved but I know not everyone likes it so just an fyi. My sister got the Roddy pom. The steak had no sear at all on it, everything on the plate including the veggies was bland and lacking flavor, but the biggest disappointment? The rice.
