We couldn't be happier with the decision and will definitely be back to see Freddy the next time we need an oriental.

The staff here are caring, helpful and honest. Chris does the installations, his father helps with carpet selection and specifications for your location and his mother works on scheduling and coordination. Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome. I understand you sign a waiver that states they can't guarantee spots will be removed but in my case they removed the dye from the rug, briefly mentioned it to me when I picked up my rug, never showed me what happened, and still charged me for the full cleaning despite damaging my rug. It seems like whoever was doing the cleaning didn't have enough expertise to know how to treat or clean my rug and irreparably damaged it. The fact that I was still charged the full amount for the cleaning felt disingenuous. They clearly knew they had damaged the rug as they mentioned it to me upon pick up. Not showing me the area affected when I was there felt like they were trying to hide their mistake. Be very cautious when you bring rugs here to be cleaned.

They had someone come out and measure then we went down to the showroom and picked out some samples to bring home to see how they looked in the space. We picked out a carpet and they scheduled the install once the carpet came in. The showroom is stocked with a great variety of samples that you can bring home. The staff at the showroom was very knowledgeable about the products but didn't offer much interior design & style advice. As long as you are willing to decide the style for yourself I would recommend them completely!
