They couldn't even do one of the things (they have to order a part), so the two remaining small things took three hours, apparently. The waiting area was FREEZING cold, so I sat there shivering for all three hours, with no one bothering to check on me, offer me a coffee.... etc. A very unpleasant way for me to spend my afternoon.
