Checked back with her to see why and Rotech kicked the order out because it didn't match my previous hose type. Cindy apologized for not catching it and said she'd push the order through right away. Two weeks later - confirmed today that the order did not complete And although she assured me she'd make sure it did - it didn't And she didn't. Thats it for me. For a company that has auto-called me dozens of times about ordering supplies, they can't seem to complete an order. Btw, Rotech's auto calling service does not allow you to specify any changes in mask type etc so dealing with a person is necessary. Not impressed with Rotech or ABC. Also - Katherine W. Today, he asked me if I would like to transfer my business to another pharmacy because once again they failed to have my inventory in stock after a week's notice, per their request. After reassuring me that my partial refill was ready to go, I sent someone on a twenty-minute round-trip ferry and thirty-minute round-trip car ride to pick up a prescription only to find out that he voided my husband's life-saving medication because he didn't care for my attitude. That was after trying to bill the insurance that has been cancelled for months, even though my new insurance has been on file ever since. Very poor customer service and standard of care at this particular Walmart pharmacy. After years of loyalty, I won't be returning. I will go across the street to Walgreens from now on, where they will always have my prescriptions in inventory on time. Since nobody seems to enjoy their jobs here, they should just terminate everyone and employ all new fresh faces!

The thing is has going for it is that it since it's bigger than the grocery section at Walmart, it does have many things that the Walmart doesn't carry and a bigger selection. That does come with higher prices though. It's usually our second option after Walmart.
