I was skeptical as to how expensive these shoes would be when we pulled up because of all the name brands being put on the outside. Walked in and I was more than surprised to see all the SALES. My boyfriend and I bought at least 8 pairs of shoes all together. Together we spent about $120 with sales, before sales it would have probably been $500. I got Sperry rain boots for $20. Yes, $20. Originally $120. He got Sperry boat shoes for $20 as well, originally $100. The staff was SO friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was offered help personally, and shoes were recommended to me that I didn't even ask for but ended up buying & LOVING. If we didn't live almost 4 hours away, we'd go back constantly. Eventually I was looking at some of their toys and probably the owner came up to me yelling about how I can't open products. I said if it really bothers you I can buy it, he said no then at the end of our interaction he demanded I buy it. I wouldn't have a problem buying it if yet again, it wasn't overpriced.

I stumbled on Steelton shoes when I went to the BOGS website and Steelton were shown as one of their shoe stores selling POGS products. I visited their store and Sam fit me with a pair of BOGS boots and recommended Neo Sox to go with them. Wow, first time I don't freeze my feet hunting in November. The shopping experience was great for several reasons. Sam and his other employee are knowledgable in what they sell. They are also very people oriented and friendly. It's a totally different experience from shopping in a mall and being served by uncaring teenagers who know nothing of what they are selling. It is now my go to place when I need any kind of footwear. I've already made several purchases in the last month or so. Thanks Sam
