He's sealed and painted a window seal for me, installed an insanely heavy window unit and just today added some back splash for me as we are getting a new range hood installed. Cruz went above and beyond on this job, being able to locate the tile to match what we already had even though it was discontinued everywhere we looked! He always finishes every job in a timely fashion and is very knowledgeable and professional. I always appreciate how he cares about the end result of my job and not just just what i ask him to do...because sometimes you THINK you know what you need but you're just guessing. The best part about his services is he's affordable! No minimum number hours like most handy services charge so you don't have to be scared to call him out. He's independent and will work with you to get your job done! We appreciate everything he's done for us this year and will be calling him again shortly to install a ceiling fan...but he knows that already.

I tried requesting a time to schedule a time for an estimate through the "Grout Doctor" website on at least 2 occasions with no response via email, text or phone call. I called Chad Roberts and got his voicemail and left a message asking for a quote for some grout cleaning and caulking in a bathtub/shower. No response from Chad. I finally got a call from someone at this office (3 days later) and we scheduled a time for him to come out. I received a text from someone at his office the evening before the scheduled time that said..."Mark, I apologize for the inconvenience but Chad and his guys are on vacation and will not be able to do the work. Please call another company. The Grout Doctor" My only problem with this is why not offer to reschedule? I understand that maybe they are too busy to take on new customers, but what kind of customer service is this? Oh well, I guess I will take their "suggestion" and find another company. Judging from the reviews on here I probably just dodged a bullet in dealing with Chad and this particular "Grout Doctor" franchise.

We hired Remodel Solution for an entire house renovation. They stopped showing up, did not complete…read moreour job, and we've experienced defective workmanship with all of the work they did. No warranty was provided for any of their work. We've had to hire proper contractors to redo everything they did. A few examples include: incomplete and defective cabinetry, a major shower leak, improper tile installation, improper door installation. Please beware of this company and look elsewhere.
