I recently had the pleasure of visiting this barbershop , and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! As someone who values precision, style, and a welcoming atmosphere, I couldn't have asked for a better barber shop to fulfill all my grooming needs. The barbers are true artisans. They possess an incredible eye for detail, carefully listening to my preferences while also providing expert suggestions to enhance my look. Their attention to detail and dedication to achieving the perfect cut, style, and shave left me feeling confident and rejuvenated. The ambiance is top-notch. The decor is tasteful, blending a modern aesthetic with a classic barber shop vibe, creating an atmosphere that is both comfortable and stylish. The cleanliness of the shop is exceptional, making me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Moreover, the level of service I received was outstanding. The barbers engaged in friendly and engaging conversations, ensuring that I felt like a valued customer. Recently visited Ares Barbershop in Pico Rivera and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Moving on from my previous barber was made easy thanks to Sergio, the owner, who exceeded my expectations. Not only was the fade cut precisely what I asked for, but Sergio also shared valuable hair growth tips to enhance my look uniquely. The atmosphere of the shop is exactly what you'd hope for - comfortable, impeccably clean, and inviting, with a scent that assures you of its cleanliness and order. It's the ideal spot for anyone looking to get a distinguished and perfect haircut. Beyond the exceptional service, what stood out was Sergio's friendliness and insightful advice, making the entire visit a remarkable one. Highly recommend Ares Barbershop to anyone seeking a top-notch grooming experience. Will definitely be returning! read more

The last place I'd gotten cuts at even showed nudity on the tv when a kid was in there. No class, so I never went back. I've hopped around for a few years trying to find a new regular shop and I'm glad to have discovered The Barber Shop. The parking can be a little tricky, but once you're inside, you're immediately greeted by a professional and kind barber. The shop is spotless, clean, and open. The signage on the walls are a very nice touch to let you know this is a safe and professional space. I've only worked with one barber in particular and I keep coming back because of the quality of his cuts and again, his courteous demeanor and professionalism. That man is Jay! The first time I came in for a cut, I didn't have an appointment, but he was able to fit me in pretty immediately and a young man came in selling aguas and fruit and Jay asked if I liked horchata. I said who doesn't? how much is it? And he told me "don't worry about it. I got you." What? that was the nicest thing. I need to make it more of a point to go regularly instead of once every few months so I stop looking like a monchichi lol. But best believe, I've found my new spot when it comes to needing a quality cut. Thank you for reading and I hope you can check them out for yourself soon.
