This is conveniently located close to Luquillo beach, which is a lovely view while eating! It's one of the restaurants along a long strip of restaurants and kiosks by the beach. The food was very good. I had the churrasco, while the rest of my party had different versions of the mofongo (chicken, churrasco, and seafood).
It all tasted very good, but the party member who had the chicken mofongo spent all night and the next morning throwing it up, which was ironic since the server lectured me about eating medium rare steak since it can make you sick. And it was definitely the mofongo that made her sick because it was our only meal for the day asides from some toast with Nutella earlier.
The server was very sweet and kind, but the overall service was slow, which isn't necessarily his fault. He seemed new and a little flustered, but he was very nice and attentive, and seemed to be the only server. Our appetizer came out long after our entrees though. I don't know if he forgot to ring it in or if it was the kitchen's fault.
The power also went out at some point on the deck where we were eating, which wasn't pleasant at night read more
