We drove up to the dealership (about 30 miles) the next morning, test drove the truck and had a deal made by 11am that day. This made our car buying experience a very enjoyable experience. We did have an emissions issue in the first few days of owning the truck. Nick and the crew took care of getting the issue resolved quickly, even arranged for a loaner while our truck was in the shop. I bought a used vehicle, so I understand that issues are entirely possible. What impressed me most is how it was handled so professionally and quickly. Great truck, great service! This is how car buying ought to be. Thanks Monkey Motors!

Two days after my most recent vehicle purchase, I couldn't get my vehicle started and couldn't figure out what was going on (it turned out to be a blown fuse). I called Monkey Motors to let them know what happened and they drove a mechanic out to my house to take a look, had it towed to a shop, and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up the same day. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience and I would buy from them again if the opportunity arises.

We are in the process of buying our second travel trailer in less than 2 years. We bought our first…read moretrailer from Camping World, and it was fine...it was big box shopping with big box service and big box salesmen. Unfortunately we lost our trailer to fire damage that wasn't our fire, and we are shopping again. We stopped by Niemeyer because it was close to home and they had some nice Rockwood trailers on their website. We have decided to buy a trailer from them, and we drove away feeling so much better about the process than our first buying process. Niemeyer doesn't have a huge staff...we worked directly with Jim Niemeyer. There was no pressure, no add-on sales tactics...just a small business doing business the right way. Even though we are buying it in January, they will keep it in their back lot until we are ready to bring it home...for no cost and no hassles. We were given plenty of time to look at several trailers without any rushing or pitches. I highly recommend this place!
