My battery was perfect when I dropped it off. Why is this my problem? Now they ate going to charge the car and have me come back. Brought my vehicle in on an insurance claim with driver side damage and a busted window. They left…read moreglass in my vents, seat, and floor after charging the insurance company to remove it. The weather stripping installed on the door/window was installed incorrectly. Looks like a 2 year old put it on. The scratches weren't even buffed out. At the bare minimum, this should have been done. It shows they take no pride in their work or final product, in my opinion. Which, when I addressed this with the shop manager he told me that it wasn't part of the accident because it came to the shop like that??? Ummmm, yep it did, it was in an accident! They didn't put all of the hardware back in the door upon installation. This is all just part of what brought me to my insurance company to fix this mess. It has been over a month now, and after being told I would hear back from the shop manager to set up a date to fix these issues, I have heard nothing! I have called twice, and he has been unavailable each time. At this point, my family can not trust them to fix this mess, if this was the product of them on a good day! They take pictures, they decide what damage is being fixed and what is considered accident, even after I showed them the entire accident area. This is a nightmare. Not recommended, I will never go here again. I just wanted my newer vehicle brought back to the condition before the accident. That's after all what my insurance is for. This isn't even 1 star work. It deserves not on ounce more of my time or my energy.

They threw the kitchen sink at me and quoted me over $6700 worth of repairs/ work. I said absolutely not and after doing research I found Euro Autoworks in Woodbury. Customer service was top notch. Being a woman I dread going to auto shops fearing I may get swindled. But this place was nothing but transparent and honest from the start. Ultimately they told me the dealership quoted me for repairs that wouldn't have even fixed my issue. Turns out it was a $162 fix. I just can't believe the dealership's are getting away with such bum quotes. I'll be taking my business to Euro Autoworks from now on.
