I called over the phone and spoke to Alan who got me set up quickly. They are now my go to cleaning service moving forward. If you own a airbnb you know that a reliable cleaning service is vital to keeping guests happy and coming back. I was compensated and they were very apologetic- stuff happens, I get it! So I booked a second service, they canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment (which they'll fine you for doing). Ok, fine, we rescheduled for today. It's now close to an hour after the appointment time. No one called. No one showed up. Additionally, we have a 2500 sq ft home and they expect one person to be able to clean the entire place by themselves. I get the feeling that the people who work for Karen's are overbooked and overworked with very little support Please do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service. This one is completely unreliable and has no respect for their customer's (or their cleaners') time.

Now onto the the actual work. I contacted them months ago for some estimates and Jim/Virgil was great to work with. He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. Thank you, I for sure recommend them for contracting work, just double check the bills before paying. =)

I've received a few quotes here, and found Takiesha Cleaning flat rate to be reasonable. I was a bit skeptical since there's no reviews. Scheduling was easy just message via Yelp then the rest of contact is via text and call. On the day of the cleaning, she texted me about 2 hours before arrival also called to confirm. Then again when she's on her way with ETA with another text when she's about 5 minutes away. So as you can see very good at communication. Once she arrived, showed her the layout and what I'm looking for. 4 hours later the place is looking great! I'm glad I took the plunge and will definitely use her service again. Thank you!

The worst cleaning I've ever had!!…read more She charged me a "discount" rate, which I thought was her full rate. I was utterly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the cleaning itself. Every normal cleaning I've ever had has included the items she didn't feel the need to clean. I'm honestly not sure what she did clean. The items I found that weren't cleaned were, wipe down of the the stovetop, microwave, windowsills, underneath the credenza (as per specific discussion). The bathroom upstairs had hair/dirt on the sides and behind the toilet. The chairs in the dining room with the cat weren't total vacuumed, the other chair wasn't vacuumed at all. We had specificly talked about that as well. The stairs weren't vacuumed. The shelf under the TV wasn't completely dusted. Not even sure if the pictures or anything else were either. When requesting a partial refund this is the response I received... "Sorry I missed a few spots, you paid for a regular clean that is on discount ,not deep clean. Microwave and stove and all windows was not included, especially for that price. I also did extra work for free, such as cleaning most interior windows & which we only discussed for the porch and upstairs. To my understanding There is absolutely no refund as it says on the website. I Apologies you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, I don't mind coming back and doing a deep clean for a great discount." I appreciated that she was willing to come back. If the job wasn't done as per specific conversation we had, I didn't trust her to come back.

It was never in a very clean state initially when I moved in. There was mold in my bathroom tiles at a few places which I hated every day. No wonder I fell sick every now and then. I really wanted the mold to be gone. I tried a few chemicals myself that I purchased from Target but it did not do the trick. When I moved in I remember my kitchen was also not the cleanest one. I had grime on my wooden cabinets. One day my mom came was visiting and she found out that my bedroom had dirt in hard to reach places below the bed. Not to mention the spider webs. I am not the cleanest person to be honest. I have wooden flooring in my apartment. I am used to carpeted flooring so I didn't bother cleaning wooden floors. I am a very busy person so I do not get time to clean my apartment. So one day I decided to get someone to clean my apartment. I needed some trustworthy source also an affordable one. I asked my co workers if they knew any maids. One of them suggested divinemaids.com as they used it before. I originally contacted divinemaids.com but they weren't able to accommodate a weekend appointment for being booked for the holidays already but they were kind enough to recommend Maid Division. Seth the manager told me they had suffered a same day cancellation so they could accommodate my last minute cleaning. I was so happy hearing that. They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. Also they suggested me some good household chemicals to prevent mold. I definitely recommend this place for your cleaning needs. They will give you a very good service for a great price. I am going to use them again for sure.

I contacted them through their website to ensure we were in their service area and to see if they could help us. I quickly received a reply from Danis who stated they could help us. Within a couple of days we were able to schedule a time for our estimate. A couple days after that, we had our estimate and gave them the OK to proceed. Danis advised us that even though they were busy, we had a smaller job and could fit us in between some of their other jobs. We certainly appreciated that service. Due to us having a flexible schedule and OJeda fitting us in, we set an approximate date. Turns out one of their other jobs took a day longer so we scheduled for the following day. Throughout the process Danis communicated very well and replied promptly to any questions or inquiries that we had. They came out and completed our drywall work. A job very well done. Excellent communication, friendly and efficient service. Their 5 Star reviews are correct. Highly recommended!
